So glad I chose this one! Our tour guide bought all our tickets so we didn’t have to stand in any lines. So worth it! Eder was our guide he was very knowledgeable and it was my birthday so he informant the staff at the cenote when we ate and they brought me out a small cake. Saying this was the best birthday I ever had is an understatement:)

Not worth the money. We spent more time in the bus going to several resorts than we did at the attractions. Tulum is VERY crowded but still interesting. Our guide was adequate, but not thorough. Cenote was pretty nice, but the food was iffy. Akumal was the highlight of the trip, saw several turtles and stingrays. I would recommend hiring a private guide for these attractions. Much more worth it.

We had an amazing day, mostly due to our knowledgeable guide, Yaris, and her driver Armando. Yaris, a biologist, was a wealth of information. She was kind, personable and keen to share her expertise. We ended up with a great archeological guide in Tulum, who taught us so much about the Mayan people. Yaris then did an amazing job guiding us through the cenote, and snorkelling with the sea turtles in Akumel. Ecological and environmental safety were highly stressed, and we so appreciated this. These environmentally sensitive areas need to be protected, and Yaris and her team did a great job of ensuring we did our part. Such a great learning opportunity throughout the entire day. We loved it, and highly recommend this tour and Yaris.

The resort is excellent, gardens are beautiful the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly helpful and courteous. Our concierge Mariam was excellent, highly recommend, made our stay smooth and effortless look forward to having her at our next stay.

Michael was an amazing tour guide, his knowledge of the Mayan culture and traditions was absolutely invaluable, I would highly recommend anyone interested in this tour to take it. Very professional group and guides, they took really great care of us.

Our excursion to the ruins, a cenote and swimming with turtles was awesome! The day started off with a lot of rain, but Michael and our driver Miguel timed arrival at each site so that we were minimally impacted. Michael is very knowledgeable and provided good commentary. He made sure we knew what to expect at each stop and that we were prepared with his list of things to take in. He was also personable - we laughed so much! He made the mood light and enjoyable. Each activity was great in its own way, but we especially enjoyed the Kuxtal cenote. It's smaller and more "hidden" than some of the others. We felt we were floating in sacred waters.

We had a great trip today with Michael as our guide! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We recommend doing the tour that includes swimming with the turtles, definitely worth the extra money!!

Great day had by all! Michale was a great guide very knowledgeable and tulum and to top off the day we saw turtles and stingrays.

We had a very good day overall. Thank you Michael and Diego for taking us around and looking after us. You were very well organised and the information was very clear. In theory would have liked slightly more time in Tulum but in reality it was so extremely hot we couldn’t have coped with longer. Highlight of the day was swimming with turtles. Magical!! My tip for others would be take a reusable drinking vessel to take into tulum as single use plastic not allowed. Also take a t shirt to use when swimming as regular sunscreen not allowed as it damages aquatic animals and reefs.

Once the tour proper started and we were with our host Michael it was brilliant. We did a 4 part tour - Tulum, cenote, turtles and lunch. A varied and busy day and Michael kept us all moving along and well informed. I can’t rate Michael highly enough. The start of the day was slightly frustrating as we were picked up and driven to a shopping centre where we queued for 30 mins and were sorted into groups before setting off. Whereas at the end of the day our tour group were each dropped at their hotels which was much more efficient from a guest perspective.

Michael was such a lovely guide, he kept us safe at all times, provided great information and history, was super funny and patient. The tour wouldn’t have been the same without him. Such an amazing experience to swim with the turtles and swim into the cenote. It felt really exclusive as we were the only tour group there. Thanks again to Michael and the driver!

Our tour to Tulum to see the ruins, Akumal to swim with sea turtles, and the dolphin reserve was amazing! Our tour guide Michael was kind, informative, entertaining, and accommodating. I would definitely choose this company again and hope to get Michael!

Great experience, really beautiful scenery at every place visted. The cenote was really great and super fun. Swimming with the tyrtles was so nice and super relaxing, absolutely amazing experience.

Michael was a fantastic guide, he was education but kept us laughing the whole time. We had a fabulous time and got more than we expected out of our tour.
