Overview

Gain access to lesser-known snorkeling sites on a reef and shipwreck snorkel tour from Cancun. Zip between three snorkel spots with ease on a motorboat; receive all equipment as part of the tour; and relish the convenience of hotel pickup and drop-off in Cancun. A small group limited to 10 means you’ll receive personalized attention from a guide, perfect for everyone from first-time snorkelers to more accomplished swimmers.

What to Expect

Your tour begins with convenient hotel pickup at the departure time selected at checkout. On arrival at the marina, you’ll receive a safety briefing and board a motorized boat destined for three top snorkel spots. An optional snorkel lesson is designed to make beginners feel comfortable in the water with their equipment before setting off.

There’s no guessing about the best snorkeling spots on a guided tour. You’ll be motored to your first stop, a coral reef teeming with tropical fish and marine life. Then, you’ll continue to a patch of seagrass to look out for turtles, lobsters, crabs, and stingrays.

The snorkel tour culminates with a stop at a shipwreck: Marvel at the underwater ruins and note the contrast of colorful marine life. Your experience concludes with drop-off at your Cancun hotel.

I think it’s mandatory. But from a fellow strong swimmer, I can tell you it’s a good idea. I went today and there were really kickin currents. Plus, they’re the light inflatable kind that you blow into, not the stiff old... More

I think it would be fine, you have to wear a life vest that you can inflate with air to assist you in keeping above water. Also before you go out they have you put on your snorkel and vest in the shallow water to make sure... More

I am not sure about the other tour, the main reason that I liked our tour was the group size. Having a smaller boat with 7 to 8 people is so much better that some of the boats that had 20 to 30 people. I felt safer knowing... More
