- luciesL2465IJ00Very pleasant tripA big thanks to our guide Rosa Maria and our driver Eli. We were a smaller group which made everything more enjoyable even though the weather wasn't the best that day. Rosa Maria is a great tour guide, educated and entertaining, she explained everything in Spanish and English. The van was clean and comfy and the lunch was in a perfect time to get some rest. Definitely recommend it.
- 412oliviac00Full day tourWe went oct 30, 2023. Our driver was Israel and tour guide was Antonio. We were in a mixed group of English and Spanish speakers and Antonio did a good job explaining everything in both Spanish and English. He provided so much knowledge about the areas. We went to the basilica Guadalupe, went for lunch which we opted to have the buffet included, met with a local guide who showed us obsidian and gave us some samples of tequila, then spent a few hours at Teotihuacán. Antonio was very friendly and always looking after us to make sure we weren’t lost and were enjoying ourselves. He always set a meeting point prior to each location in case we got separated from the group which I thought was excellent. I would recommend this day trip
- roryv34200Taxco Cuernavaca TourGreat all day Tour. Taxco and Cuernavaca. Very friendly, informative tour guide and driver. Regular stops. Silver presentation. Tour around Taxco. Television for night drive back to CDMX.
- marcelacW2798IV00Great day at TeotihuacánWe had a lovely day with our tour guide Marta. She was very patient and provided great information about all the places we visited. Highly recommended!
- ELDivisionByZero00Don't pay twice at the restaurant - lunch is included in the tour but the tour operator won't tell youI have been quite surprised that when asked to write a review I have read the tour description and have actually seen there, that it should have included a lunch. I have booked the tour for 2 people and we have been asked to pay at the restaurant. Of course I should have known what I have booked but to simply rip us off is not a very nice move of the tour operator.
- torig84100Teotihuacan and Basilica tour with my dadAntonio and Alberto were EXCELLENT! Antonio was very knowledgeable, funny, and just a nice man. Alberto's driving skills were phenomenal! We were so glad that we took this tour!
- ILuvBK4ever00Perfect end to my Mexico City trip!I enjoyed this tour especially the full history given at every stop on the tour by Carlos the tour guide who was extremely personable. I learned alot and this was the last thing I did before I returned home the next morning and it was a nice end to my stay in Mexico city. This tour was smaller and the group fit in a van vs. a charter bus like another tour I went on the day before. I liked the smaller group better since I was a solo traveler. Also it was easier to park, be picked up and arrive/depart on time. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico city.
- aburman0800Amazing experience with great serviceEllias our driver and Carlos our tour guide were awesome. Very funny, very professional, and very helpful. This tour is a must see and makes the whole trip worth it. Ask for these guys!
- S5427BDgloriar00Día de maravillas con Carlos y Eli.Carlos was a great guide. Managed a small group of us in both English and Spanish. Very knowledgeable, kind and fun.
- AChristopherson00Great Tour--A day well spentIt was a day well spent. I felt like we had enough time at each of the sites even though lunch went a little long. We couldn't get my and my husband's seatbelt to work, so hopefully they check those out and repair them if necessary. Bring a hat and sunscreen, I ended up a bit rosy part way through the day.
- Jason G00Good for familiesCarlos was a funny and informative tour guide, and Alberto did a great job driving. My kids (9 and 12) loved him. The tour was very cool, especially Teotihuacan.
- JenFromDC20200Rushed trip to the pyramid, very long lunchI enjoyed seeing the pyramids but this trip could have been organized much better. Our tour guide Rosamaria tried her best. She explained everything in Spanish and English. Our first stop was the Basilica and we took a walk through all together. She then gave us free time. Except she was giving us 2 hours there instead of the 1 hour on the itinerary. When one of the other visitors brought that up, she cut only 20 minutes off of our free time. She assured us, don't worry, we'll have plenty of time for the pyramids and lunch. She told us later that the Basilica is such an important religious site that people who want to take the tour for that reason get annoyed when they have a shorter time. Except that everyone knew how much time was allotted on the itinerary and chose the trip based on that. What ended up happening was we went to a terribly slow restaurant for lunch that took two hours to deliver all of our food - a few of us had pre-paid for lunch, which was supposed to be but wasn't a buffet, and most others hadn't. That meant 40+ people had to order individual meals. They couldn't handle it. Those who pre-paid only had 2 set menus to choose from while everyone else had all of the choices. By the time the last couple of people received their food, there was only an hour and 15 minutes left until Teotihuacan was closing (not for last entry but to kick you out). They had to scarf it down and we rushed over there. The guides mostly told us about the pyramids on the way back to Mexico City. Rosamaria acknowledged that the restaurant was a very bad choice and said it wasn't her fault, that the manager had chosen it. If they choose another restaurant with a buffet that can handle a group of a large size, and also stop changing the timing of each stop based on what they think visitors want, this would be a decent tour, but for now I'd suggest looking at other companies.
- Jorge M00Excellent Teotihuacan tour.Great tour, Carlos our tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. The ride was comfortable and smooth, indluded lunch which very good. The only extra money we spent was on souveniers and gifts we bought.
- lindsay5228300Exceeded Expectations!Carlos and Jusus exceeded my expectations. From the beginning to the end we were taken care of! Carlos was a wealth of knowledge, kind, attentive, and very accommodating. The tour itself is a steal for what you get as well!
- Christina_VCedillo00A great experience! We did this tour with Melissa and Xavier. It was the best time! Melissa was very knowledgeable and asked whether we wanted the tour in English or Spanish based on the makeup of the group. Even though I know about Mexican history, I learned a lot from her! Together, our guides established a very friendly and entertaining atmosphere early on. We were also in the same group of some very nice folks from Colombia and Cuba, so overall, it was just the best day!

Rosa Maria and Jesus were punctual, friendly and very informative. The shuttle van was comfortable and my partner and I enjoyed the small group.
Rosa was an excellent tour guide, offering her great knowledge of the historical sites and culture, in addition to well timed humour. Our group enjoyed the pulque and tequila tastings and we felt we had enough time to view the pyramids and walk around, we would recommend Rosa and Jesus for this trip.

The tour was punctual. It left the starting point at time. However, there are four things that could be improved:
1. We spent a lot of time in a place where we could buy artesanías. Even though all the people in the tour was ready, we had to wait for the guide and driver at least 15/20 minutes. This time could have been spent at the pyramids or the basilica.
2. I felt we didn’t have at the pyramids. We only spent 1hour and 40 minutes. The guide left us some 20 minutes of free time but it wasn’t enough to visit the sun pyramid. The guide was not clear with the explanation on how to get to the pyramid and back to the parking lot. We had run back to parking lot, we got there at the time the guide told us and the guide was not there. We had to wait another 20 minutes to continue with the tour to the Basilica. This time could have been spent at the pyramids or the basilica.
3. The advertising of the tour was misleading by saying we could experience a traditional food. However, it did not include lunch. I realized this when I received the receipt and confirmation email. The price was higher than other tours I checked that did include lunch so I thought it included it. I should have double checked.
4. Overall the presentation and explanations seemed very improvised. The guide sometimes spoke in English other in Spanish. There were people who did not speak both languages. I personally did not like the driver and tour guide’s attitude at the beginning when I asked questions about the tour. I felt they were condescending and defensive when I was just asking one question. During the tour and At the end, the tour guide was very nice and polite.
I read very good reviews about the other guide and I booked because of the rating. However, the tour did not meet my expectations.

This tour was one of the highlights of my Mexico City trip. Got to see Teotihuacan, Basilica Guadalupe, some ancient ruins near the university, and an agave/obsidian mine/shop. I think coordination prior to the tour could have been better, however. No one reached out to me regarding pickup location prior to the tour, so I followed the instructions on the ticket to meet at the Starbucks at 8:35. I arrived early at 8:25 and everyone was already on the bus and seemingly waiting for me, so I'm not sure if everyone else received different instructions. The bus left early at 8:30. I tried emailing the company twice prior to the tour to confirm pickup location and no one responded. However, the rest of the tour was good. I really enjoyed the Basilica de Guadalupe and Teotihuacan. Make sure you bring extra water for Teotihuacan (end of the day) because they don't sell it there for some reason. We spent a LOT of time at the silver shop and lunch, and I was a little disappointed that we didn't have more time for Teotihuacan, the highlight of the trip. There wasn't really enough time to go to the Quetzalcoatl temple, 2 km away. Also, it was difficult to understand the guide's English, although he attempted to translate everything. Luckily I understand a little bit of Spanish. Overall, a good tour though.

Mexico has a lot of history. Carlos and Rodolfo were exceptional at providing its history and many funny stories. We went to Plaza de Tres Culturas, the tequila tasting plant, Sun/Moon pyramids, Virgin Mary church, souvenir shopping, roof top lunch with a pyramid view, and overall history wherever drove through. Honestly it was more than I expected for the price from pick up to drop off. Well spent money here.

This is a tour for those looking to enrich themselves with the history of the region. Even in pandemic times, I would strongly recommend it.
We were welcomed in our hotel by Julio, our friendly and helpful guide. My wife and I, Brazilians, were accompanied by an American couple on the same tour. The guide was able to work all the information both languages (we, in Spanish, and they, in English) with extreme ease.
We went through the three points included in the excursion, in all of them we had a real history class, where Julio showed great knowledge and a great desire to clarify any doubts or curiosities that exist. Unfortunately the Teotihuacan pyramids could not be visited in person due to the pandemic, but the guide was able to compensate the passage through the archeological zone with great ease. He presented us good points with great views of the pyramids, really good for pictures.
When we finished the tour, we had a rewarding feeling. It's really worth it!

We had a great way with Rosa Maria, an amazing and knowledgeable guide with a great sense of humor. The tour is well thought out, avoiding the busiest times and allowing for enough time to look around, take pictures and stroll. Rosa Maria always knew what she was talking about and more, as she was able tot answer everyone's questions and provide us with much more info than expected. Tlatelolco and Teotihuacan were the highlights for us, however we did enjoy the visit to the Guadalupe basilica and the workshop/restaurant. The tour is definitely worthwhile, especially since they transport is safe and comfortable and there is not much info readily available at the sites so a guide is absolutely necessary to understand what you are visiting. Take sunscreen and a hat, because Teotihuacan can be very sunny!

Jorge (driver) and Hector (tour guide) provided an amazing experience! Hector was extremely knowledge, teaching about culture, history, and random fun facts and tips relevant to touring CDMX. I really liked how he gave us so much context to the sites we saw and then gave us alone time to experience the places for ourselves. His friendly and open attitude made the tour really fun and engaging. Jorge is a skilled and safe driver, and he made sure to watch over our belongings when we were away from the van.

I enjoyed this trip... it was an all day event but the tour guide was very knowledgeable and the day flew by. Was a little disappointed we couldn't climb up the pyramids, but she had said they closed them a while back. I guess for safety reasons. Learned a lot about the Mexican history and the Guadalupe. Our group was only 11 people so we got along great with each other. Smaller groups are better.

We had a wonderful day trip with Ignatio (Nacho). We were picked up on time in the assigned hotel lobby. With only 15 people, it was really a small group tour. The tour was bilingual and Ignatio tried his best to speak in English whenever needed but there were just 2 English speaking people in a group of 15. Spanish content did seem longer.
The experience was as described. The Guadalupe was excellent and so were the ruins.
The trip to the curio shops before the shrine and also before the ruins did seem like a waste of time. We spent nearly 1.5 hours at these very avoidable 2 tourist traps.
Overall, good experience and good value for money. Will recommend to others.
