If you want to get the best out of your Sri Lanka experience, you should travel around with Doddy as a guide. He is a very good and safe driver (recommended to have in Sri Lanka) and his extended knowledge of the country, the culture, the history, flora & fauna is amazing. We have learned so much and have seen and experienced o many amazing things, during our 3 weeks trip through te country with him as guide & driver. Moreover, we also had a great time and a lot of laughter while traveling around. He made us fall in love with his country and we will come back and hope to travel around with Doddy again.

We are so glad that we made a week trip to Sri Lanka. A lot of beautiful places and religious places were visited. Our tour guide Mr. Doddy had experience and have vast knowledge of his mother land.So glad he was our tour guide. Was punctual and also answered our questions. We spent a week with Dodwell driving around the country from Hatton, to Yala, to the coast, and back to Colombo. Dodwell was both an amazing driver and tour guide. His car was always impeccable, he was always on time, and strikes the right balance between making recommendations and planning the days out for us with alllwkng us the flexibility and freedom to have the time and see what we wanted to see. Additionally he was very knowledgeable about Sri Lanka and the different sites we visited, providing excellent commentary that helped inform our visit. Definitely recommend!

Just on our last day of what has been an amazing holiday experience in Sri Lanka. Our guide Dodwell ( Doddy) was fantastic driving us to many wonderful places and ensuring everything went smoothly. Safari was amazing and the train ride through the mountains and tea plantations was unforgettable. Beautiful people, amazing country, wonderful food. I will always treasure the memories I take with me.

We traveled Sri Lanka for 15 days and Dodwell “ Doddy “ was our driver for the entire trip. He was always on time and always went out of his way to take us to other places of interest which were not on our itinerary. Our trip to Ella with you was wonderful. On the way we stopped by the Madhu River. The Madhu River tour was exciting. We liked the cinnamon island and the mangroves there. It was a great adventure - also for the children. You showed us also small nice things on the way. You explain us nice facts about the nature. We try new sort of bananas and tasting mangosteen on the tour. In Ella we spent time by splashing around a hidden waterfall. Thank you for showing us this nice place. When we travelled from Ella to Nanu Oya the next day, it was exciting but you organised everything wonderfully so we feel very safe. The trip only lasted three days but it felt like a week because we saw so many things. Thank you for your hospitality and see you next time in Sri Lanka

I've known Doddy for quite some time and when I wanted to visit Pinnawala with family during my vacation in Sri Lanka, Dodwell was the first person that came into mind. He helped me with organising a vehicle that was large enough to take the entire family. The trip was memorable as it was with family and it was made more special with Dodwell organising all the needs related to transportation. The drive Dodwell organised was also familiar with the area and gave us some good recommendations around Pinnawala elephant orphanage that we were able to enjoy. Doddy was a wonderful driver/guide who jumped in at extremely short notice, driving over 6 hours to replace our former driver. He was a safe and competent driver, a good conversationalist and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Sri Lankan life and history. We are very grateful and enjoyed the experience immensely.

My boyfriend and I travelled to Sri Lanka for 2 weeks and had the pleasure of travelling with Doddy for the first week and a half. We just returned from a two week trip in Sri Lanka where we had the pleasure of booking Doddy to drive and guide us through the south of the country. Doddy picked us up from the airport with welcome gifts and an air conditioned van which was perfect for my family and our cargo. From there we made our way south, the roads are pretty hectic in Sri Lanka but we always felt safe with Doddy driving.
