Waste of time. This company didn't respond to my multiple attempts to contact them trying to confirm my tour/pick up. Finally got someone local to phone them and they said they don't do tours anymore. Don't bother booking, you'll just be wasting your time. Also tried to contact Viator to let them know and they basically told me I'm a liar and the operator is still doing the tour.

Terrible experience. Nobody came to pick us up for the tour. I called the tour operator and according to him they don't do tour for a long time. They told me to ask for refund instead. Such a bad experience. I've requested for a full refund.

Hadi is a hugely experienced guide whose passion and respect for the jungle is infectious and knowledge is impressive. He is also very patient and happy to answer all your questions. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!
