THIS IS A SCAM. Showed up to find locked down beat up trailer (see pictures) with business name on it….no one there. This was after multiple attempts to contact by email, phone, and thru the Viator app to confirm pick up time. 4 broken down scooter vehicles sitting out front, some missing tires. No answer on phone or email. Viator customer support tried contacting them. No response. Wasted our money and our day on Grand Cayman. Will try to get a refund but I’m thinking we won’t get it.

This experience was absolutely amazing and fun. I liked the fact that you could take your time and do the tour. I loved that you have your own electronic tour guide to show you the different historical spots with their different facts. Very enjoyable experience. The attendant very helpful as well.

We booked this trip and was so excited about it. But once we got to the location nobody showed up to open it. The cars did not look to be in great shape and the grass was up to our knees. We call the owner and actually woke him up. So probably worked out for the best.

In from a cruise ship and had plenty of time to drive the island and sightsee. Stopped at beaches. Only advice is to not bring alot with you, maybe a towel for the seat and sunscreen, you have no idea how fast you tan. Thank you good experience.

Me and my family had a wonderful time great time and we had no problems I just want to also put out their you should definitely check this out on your free time .

We had a great time! Driving these little cars was so much fun. The company was really easy to work with and the rental went very smooth.

These are fun little car scooters, unfortunately the one I rented had engine problems on the way back. Eventually the company refunded my money. Thank you Scoot n Tour!

This is a really great way to rent a car for the day! The car is so cute and we got a lot of compliments in it. Super fun and unique. The tour people are also very helpful! They gave me a lot of extra info about the island also. Thank you so much for the fun experience!! 😁

Rented 3 personal scooters. The service was terrible. Jermaine had to work on the scooters before we left the booking trailer. One scooter broke down ~4 miles from port. Waited ~20 mins for them to drive over a replacement. By the time the replacement arrived we had to start back towards the cruise ship terminal to avoid missing the ship. On the way back the replacement scooter broke. Ended up pushing it back to the terminal. Asked for a refund being it ruined the entire day in port. Jermaine said he had to escalate it to management. We called the credit card company and reported it as fraud to get refund.

Although staff was very friendly and helpful. This experience did not meet our expectations or needs. The vehicle is cramped- even for two average sized people. Fun at first but quickly became uncomfortable and frustrating. If you have little time this is not best option… speed is limited and traversing from one area of island to another is problematic with traffic. We were unable to visit all sites intended during our day (cruise) stop because of vehicle limitations. Therefore, for us, it was not worth cost.

an absolute blast!!! our tour guide was fantastic. most importantly the tour was very educational and enjoyable. I cant wait to go back and bring more people with me

Wonderful experience having the Island tour. Definitely an experience worth having again. I wish I had more time to have done it all again.

This tour was amazing! Really cool way to see the island and you get to explore it pretty much on your own! The staff are friendly and helpful and once out on the road, you are alerted when you get close to any interesting landmarks or other places of interest like Dolphins Discovery or Turtle Farm! You can get out and explore everything on your own time. We really appreciate Sadé and her team for such an amazing tour.
