We were told $30 a person for the horseback ride and $90 a person for the ATV ride when we got picked up. That seemed like a lot considering we paid $180 for the car. It was a 15 min ride one way. We decided not to do the ATV ride. We had 4 people(2 adults/2 kids) in our group and it was about a 45 minute ride. When we got back from our horse ride our driver said there was a small problem. The ride was actually $60 a person. She said she personally covered the extra $120. After tipping the guides we literally had $10 left. She called her boss whom I had to speak with. He said we needed to pay the extra $120. We were told we had to pay it before getting out of the car. The owner suggested we go back to our cruise and get more money, go to an ATM, or use the cash app or Zelle. I was then advised to book another tour on Trip Advisor so they could get their money. My poor kids were get worried about the situation. To keep my kids comfortable I booked another and we got out of the car. I am so disappointed that they are taking advantage of tourists. I want everyone to be aware of the scam they are doing. They own Salisa Tours and Folkes Tours. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!

Blue hole was beautiful. Our driver was almost a hour late due to traffic. But he definitely made it up and took us to a local bar and bought us drinks before arriving at blue hole. And he was willing to take us wherever else we wanted to go after. But blue hole was amazing. Our guided life guard name was Kevin. He was the bomb. Real cool dude.

I love all . But what I liked the most was the guide who touched me, his name is Jimbolee, he is the best, very pleasant, helpful, he takes care of you. definitely if I come back. love the experience

Unfortunately, no one showed for our excursion time in Jamaica. We called and they said it was cancelled but we recieved no notification od the cancelation.

Salisa Tours is the best!!! Salisa is extremely kind, thoughtful, professional and very accommodating. She even decorated the transportation vehicle in celebration of my boyfriend and I birthday. We had snacks, drinks and balloons. The driver was friendly and gave us an amazing tour while driving us to each excursion. Definitely would use this tour service again.

The experience with this company was amazing. They help us plan a beautiful day full of adventures for my birthday and the driver Ice man was very nice during our time with him. He made sure to pick us up on time, took us to our destinations and to do shopping before our return trip. I recommend this company to anyone visiting Jamaica, they go beyond.

My driver was so calm and patient with me for the entirety of my trip. It was my birthday and they asked when I called if i was celebrating anything and they showed up with my name written on the bus. I thought that was a special touch. They even called to make sure that I got home safely (I was traveling alone). This was a big step up from the driver I called first who tried to rip me off. Salisa saved my trip with their professionalism and customer service. I feel comfortable going back to Ochi because I know I can count on them be on time and professional.

The staff was very helpful by email and over the phone and with messages through WhatsApp which was very helpful since I couldn’t use my direct line during my stay. We took a horseback riding tour with a party of three. Each of us was given a guide. Out of the three guides, Norris was the most helpful. He made sure to tell me how to position myself on the horse throughout the ride. He made my horse trot (at my request) which was great because just walking the whole time would have been boring for me personally. He even ran along side the horse to make sure to stay with me. Norris clearly cares about the horses, the customers, and the company. He went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The other two guides were nice and friendly but did not get the other two horses to trot which was disappointing for my party members. Still, it was overall a very good experience.

Selissa was a great tour guide! She went above and beyond and made our trip so wonderful. We will be requesting her the next time we come to Jamaica as well!

Ms. Chin and driver Al are friendly, hospitable, knowledgeable, and flexible. They went above and beyond to make my friends and my experience more than enjoyable. Tell them where you want to go, and within reason, they will take you! If you want to have a great time, I highly recommend booking with Ms. Chin and driver Al.

Wow I was extremely impressed with Salisa tours! We booked the blue hole and horseback from Montego Bay and from the beginning they were very attentive, extremely sweet and super informative and professional! We had Ms Chin as our tour guide and Al as our driver. They were the best!! Ms Chin is an amazing person all around and went above and beyond from the time they picked us up. It was my birthday and she made sure to make it soo sooo special! The decorations they do are amazing, provide you with a birthday satchel, champagne and Ms Chin even stopped by and bought me a birthday gift at one of the shops! She is soo incredible, thank you so much! There was a lot of traffic and we arrived late to blue hole after they had closed. Ms.Chin called and was able to talk to them to let us go even after they closed! The personnel at blue hole also said thank your drivers because we wouldn’t have done this otherwise. Thank you again for that!! We will be back and will always recommend you! I’m so glad to find a good company that we can trust, the best customer service!!

beautiful falls and not a lot of people during this covid and I was please that we was the only one in the bus, we tried jamaican beef patty, jerk pork and pan chicken . we will visit soon and sure to take the family this time with us. BOOK WITH THEM

before booking with salisa tours I went through all the reviews and checkout all of their other platforms, she had wonderful reviews. I must say that my husband and I was very very please with the service that she offers. we highly recommend using her service whenever your heading to jamaica. the blue hole is a YES to do on your list or had to list, also try the fish by the river very TASTY. she knows all the little spots and i recommend taking her advices you won't regret it.
