Pedro was absolutely amazing to us! He was so generous and helped us get to a pharmacy in an emergency situation. We would absolutely recommend Pedro with Dominican Transfers Diamond to anyone who needs a trustworthy source and ride. We felt safe with him and hope all his passengers get to experience the same comfort Pedro gave me and my husband.

Great experience with very friendly staff and great language skills. Made traveling in a foreign country easy and knowing it was prepaid took a large amount of stress off. Would recommend skipping the hotel shuttles with ten stops and having a private transfer take you right to your destination.

Must our connection in Toronto so we were a day late. Connected through Trip Advisor through internet. Didn’t get a response from Trip Advisor.
When I was able to phone they already knew.
Walked by their sign a few times before I finally saw them. Escorted to a very nice gentleman. Since we were on our 6th trip he could tell us anything we didn’t already knew. A first time visitor would benefit
Shuttle driver was pleasant and the 30 minutes minute drive was smooth.
Will definitely use them again.

We made arrangements and paid for a round trip from the airport to the hotel and had a written confirmation.
They were great on pickup from the airport. Christopher communicated with me the day before and regularly once we landed and worked our way through immigration and luggage pickup. As soon as we got out of the airport, a nice van picked us up and took us to the hotel. We confirmed with Christopher that we were paid for a round trip and that we would see them the following week.
They were not so great on our return home. They were supposed to pick us up at 2:00 pm for a 5:00 flight. I got a call at around 8:00 am confirming our pickup. We waited in the lobby starting at 1:50. When they hadn't arrived by 2:05, I called the company. The guy who answered told me that we weren't on the schedule and that he had tried to reach me several times the prior day (he had not called that day at all). He either forgot he had spoken to me to confirm in the morning or didn't put it on the schedule. He said someone would be there by 2:15 to pick us up. When nobody had come by 2:30, we asked the concierge to call us a cab. The cab and the transport both arrived at 2:35pm and we took the transport since it was already paid for. If not for a wonderful Southwest Airlines employee who got us through security quickly, we would have missed our flight home.
I was disappointed in their service.

Do not use this company! My family and I used diamond for transportation from the airport to our resort and then for an excursion. We had to wait 45 min for our ride to the resort, even though we booked it way in advance.
They were over an hour late picking us up for the excursion and never showed up to take us back to the resort from the excursion. They also charged us $85 more for a credit card fee that was never communicated to us. I called them numerous times to refund part of what we paid and they refused. Don’t use them. Beware!! Terrible

Communication was poor, they did not reach out to me to confirm so I contacted them the day before to confirm the time of pickup for our ride back to the airport. After waiting 15 min our ride was still not there and it took 3-4x before we were able to reach someone by phone. They said they would send someone but it would be 25 min. We could not waste any more time so ended up taking a cab. I have been in contact trying to get a refund but not getting any response. I would not recommend this company.

We booked a private transfer from airport to our hotel at Grand sirenis in Uk to ease Stress of long day to Gatwick then 9 hour flight from Uk ( Tuesday 20 Dec)The day before our departure we had a text from ‘Sky’ our diamond rep to say have a safe journey and see you when we land .
After 3 1/2 hour delay to our flight , I was bit worried about landing inPunta Cana and that all would be ok - Absolutely no worries to be had as when we landed and switched Phine in , Sky had already messaged to say she was on other side of baggage claim as you left terminal . True to her word she was there , all smiles and with a big sign with our family name on , after she gave us a few valuable tips of what to do / not to do she waved our private ride over and away we went onto our hotel - 30/40 mins later after comfortable, cool ride we were at the hotel 🙌🏻🙌🏻 would 100% recommend anyone to book with this company if you want a quick hassle free friendly transfer to your hotel . Thanks ‘ Sky’ and the diamond team - great job 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🥳🥳

Outstanding service! Communication was excellent and the airport pickup was well coordinated and the driver was on time. Drivers were courteous and friendly. Pickup was flawless and we had two less people but the driver was adamant about ensuring we were leaving no one behind. I would highly recommend this transfer company for value and reliability.

Transfer from and to the airport was fine, but we booked excursions with the same company which I would not recommend. We booked an ATV excursion and a booze cruise. We were picked up on-time for the ATV excursion. We paid the driver $330 for 3 ATVs (6 people). When we arrived, we were left sitting in an area for 45 minutes. I then went to the desk to ask when we would be leaving and was told we needed to pay. I explained we paid the driver. The gentleman didn't understand me because I do not know Spanish, but my friend was able to converse with him and explain the situation. We finally were taken on the excursion. When we returned, we were left sitting waiting for a ride back to our resort. My friend overheard the employees talking saying they needed to get us back to the resort somehow. Then a vehicle showed up that was an open air vehicle (no windows) to take us back even though we were taken to the excursion in an air-conditioned van. The next day we went on a booze cruise which was supposed to have snorkeling. There was no snorkeling offered and the drinks were watered down. I would not trust this company for excursions.

I forgot to plan transportation and literally did it on my flight to PC. I had four trips due to friends coming and going. This company was fair on price, extremely responsive, and provided VIP service that I'm accustomed to. I would highly recommended them.
