Do NOT use this company. They canceled my tickets 2 hour before the event. Ruined my family's Saturday. I whatsapp at 11 for 1:30 am trip to confirm when the pickup arrives and was informed, my family's tickets are canceled. My confirmation # 1588277653 I had paid in full and had tickets. The company did not pickup phone. Just canceled on whatsapp.

Great little trip for a few hours. Booking and pick up was super easy and transfer wasn’t long at all. Arrived at the beach, quick briefing and out onto the boat. Arrived at the dive platform and while others do the Scubadoo you get to snorkel as much as u want or as little. Lots of fish around too see. We were there for about 1hr-1,5hrs. You get ur scoobadoo and photos. The crew are GREAT and super friendly as well. The only part I personally don’t like and wouldn’t like to do again are the dolphins. They are penned and it’s just not something I like. However this is mentioned on the tour and culturally seems normal here with all the other animals for photos.

These guys never showed up, and by the time we were able to reach them they said it was a system error... I booked months in advance. When excursion guides don't show, your whole day is ruined because everything else is already full.

This was AMAZING! Firstly, the itinerary as written is a little confusing. Here's how it actually went: We were picked up from our resort in Punta Cana, picked up a few other people, and driven in a minibus to Sabana de la Mar. There we had a small sandwich and coffee, then we got on a boat, heading north east in the direction of Cayo Velantado (Bacardi Island). About halfway across we were scanning the water for signs of whales. For the first 30 minutes we only saw distant blows from the blowholes and a couple closer sightings of tail fins. We were really delighted but we thought maybe that was all we'd get. But then shortly after we saw about 5 full breaches from the water in succession from possibly a family. They were very close and basically everyone on the boat was able to take stunning footage (witness the attached photo - the videos are just as incredible). It was truly exhilarating! A pair then came and passed by the surface right in front of the boat - I'm talking less than 6 feet from the hull at the closest point! We then continued on to Cayo Velantado where we disembarked and headed to the beautiful beach there, where we had a free drink token (I had a rum and Sprite). After an hour there, we returned to the dock and left for Samana itself. Upon arrival at a small Samana dock, we were given a freshly cooked meal in a buffet style - rice, beans, bread, salad, chicken, pork, etc. Then we left by safari truck to El Limon waterfall. About 2 or 3km out, we stopped to get equipped for our horseback ride to the falls. We were given boots and formed a convoy of horses to the falls, going through beautiful jungle and next to a small river. We stopped at the top of a long set of steps which we traversed on foot down to the foot of El Limon waterfall. It was beautiful and we got some great pictures and had fun swimming in the cool waters. We dried very quickly after getting out. We returned the same way we came - up the steps, back on horses for 2-3km and then on a safari truck back to the dock at Samana. We boarded the same boat back to Sabana de la Mar and were fortunate to get a couple more sightings, not quite as dramatic, but a pair relaxing near the surface for nearly a full minute before diving again. We were given rum and coke for the remainder of the journey to shore and then disembarked to be picked up by minivan and returned to our resort, about 12 hours after we left in the morning. Breathtaking experience, it was actually quite emotional. We must strive to protect these magisterial animals - don't forget to recycle!

We loved this tour my wife and I from the moment we booked they contacted us they gave us our pick up time, the driver was super friendly and punctual the tour is unbelievable we had a great time.

The excursion was expertly guided, with knowledgeable locals sharing insights into the area's history, flora, and fauna. The warm hospitality of the Samana locals added an extra layer of charm to the experience, making me feel like a welcomed guest in their paradise.

Excellent opportunity to experience something fun and exciting. We will never forget this excursion. Undoubtedly the best of Punta Cana

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Scuba Doo Diving Scooters excursion, and it was nothing short of spectacular! This underwater adventure offers a unique blend of excitement, comfort, and the sheer beauty of the ocean.

No show Had to get a refund and do sonethin else. The night before i messaged the tour company and asked if we could cancel and get a refund. The guy never responded a few hours later We messaged back saying its ok we will continue with the booking and to disregard the inquiry. Again no response. We continued as normal and were early gor pick up the morning of. 845am We waitied until 930am We messaged a few times fueing that time as well as viator directly. No response and no show

I'm quite disappointed with the tour company's services. The full itinerary of the trip was not clearly outlined nor confirmed by the guide during the tour. When I selected this trip, I was promised two snorkeling spots, including the main attraction called 'the wall'. Unfortunately, we only visited one location, which wasn't as impressive since it lacked 'the wall'. Despite good weather and conditions, the promised itinerary wasn't fulfilled. Had I known, I would have booked a tour to the more beautiful part of the coral reef with another operator. My request for a partial refund was declined, even though the main objective of the trip was not met by the operator. On a positive note, the staff on the tour were friendly.

We had an excellent half day in a beautiful mountainous place where you can enjoy this adventure to the fullest. We had a guide with us all the time, I really loved your service.

Great attention, very punctual, the transportation is incredible, the staff is very polite and attentive, the tours are incredible, the all terrain tour we had in the rain was a very nice experience always with our guide very attentive, very recommendable company, the tours are incredible.

Wasn’t as enjoyable as expected. Stop too many times to be sold stuff. Just follow a line of about 50 other atv’s.

If you like adrenaline, something extreme, this was my best experience, the company was incredible, very attentive, respectful and above all very punctual, this tour with them is recommended.

This party was incredible you have unlimited drinks, the attention very good the excellent animation the snorkeling great, the party in the natural pool where all the catamarans are very good, a highly recommended company to spend an afternoon party at sea.
