Our tour guide, Lois, was excellent. We’d recommend asking for him by name. We did not have much off-road experience and Louis showed how to safely have a whole lot of fun. This experience was awesome!

This was an absolutely fun and exciting tour! Ziggy and Albert were both great guides and very enjoyable. Definitely will do this again. If you want adventure and a little challenge this is the tour for you.

We spent the best 90 minutes of our holiday on this superb trip. We saw so many fish & shipwrecks. Staff are great & the commentary is corny but funny - well done Dwayne. I was a bit anxious about going under the sea but you are so mesmerised by the sights you forget you are under the sea. Well worth going on this trip.

Staff was excellent. Would highly recommend. Rudolph was awesome as a guide! Equipment was in excellent working order!

I have to say this was the highlight for my wife and I as we celebrated our 25th Anniversary. Rich and Jonathan definitely made the experience memorable. Rich was not only knowledgeable of the Island and it's history, but also very personable. That will make my family and I gladly come back again.

Louis was fantastic and fun! We had a great day and saw lots of beautiful sites along the tour. Louis did an excellent job navigating through the rugged terrain.

This was an amazing excursion for our multigenerational family of 6. The kids were fascinated with the plentiful and colorful fish seen through their underwater windows and we adults were amazed at the shipwreck site. A short ride to the dock where we boarded a small ferry to take us to the mini sub. Easy boarding and a few stairs down into the sub itself. Our ages ranged from 6 -81 years. Nice commentary and a very enjoyable experience.

This was our second time on the Palm Pleasure. It was a fantastic experience again. It included a great lunch,snacks and bottomless drinks. Staff was the best and very friendly. We had a beautiful day for sailing. There were 3 snorkel stops. We saw tons of all different kinds of fish and turtles. Even saw a stingray. Lots of fun. Equipment was in good condition and staff very helpful. Please make sure you tip the staff! This will be on my list for our next visit to Aruba!

Not my first trip to Aruba, but my first time with DePalm, we booked the UTV combo jeep tour to Natural Pool, Natural Bridge and California lighthouse. Rafael and Mike were funny and knowledgeable. Definitely would want to ride these vehicles again!! Definitely run through the mud puddles!!

We came to Aruba for our honeymoon and knew we wanted to try the UTV tour! We had such a great time seeing the island and hearing the history. Shout out to JD for being such an awesome guide. If you have the chance to take a tour like this 10/10 recommend! We’re so glad to have had this part of our honeymoon :)

There was no guide at the pick up place, so I tried to contact the operator via WhatsApp but they didn’t reply. Eventually I had to return home and a refund is being denied. Why didn’t you answer all my messages via WhatsApp asking where the driver is????

My wife and I took the off-road tour as we love adventure and it sounded fun. We had never been to Aruba before and this tour was a fantastic half-day intro. We arrived on a cruise ship and this tour still gave us time to do other things after our tour. Our tour guide ‘Jeyson’ was funny and informative, he had fresh cold water for everyone and made the tour all the more fun and interesting. Aruba is beautiful and this tour is great for an intro that shows you more than just the main beaches. Make sure you are physically able and okay with some bumpy sections.

Transportation to the resort was fine. The return trip not so much. We were told the shuttle would come at 12:25. We were checking out when we saw the bus arrive. No one exited the bus to confirm our pick up and they just left without us. We had to pay additional fee to take a taxi back to airport because they refused to return for us. My advice, take a taxi and skip the hassle of the big bus. What a waste of our time and money.

We always have an amazing time on the Sunset Cruise and take it EVERY time we are in Aruba. The crew is awesome and the Aruban sunsets are amazing. We recommend this cruise to anyone visiting the island, it doesn't disappoint. We usually continue the fun at Bugaloe's afterwards (Pier where the catamaran is docked). Big shout out to Cesar and crew, they are amazing.
