Kunal has provided an excellent service throughout the booking process. We changed itineraries several times before settling with the 4 day Sandakphu trek. He was patient and kept provding various options. The lodge and hut accommodation for the first 2 nights was clean. Robin and Kunal were great guides for the trek. Unfortunately we had to cut the trek short due to the continuous rain and poor visibility and they both organised our transport back smoothly and dealt with the logistics involved with various cars. They guided us well for the 2 days we trekked and were patient at my pace of hiking. They provided bags for transferring our luggage to make it easier to transport on ponys. I highly recommend Mountain Adventure for all your treks in areas around Darjeeling and Sikkim.

Kunal and Rajesh were amazing. They catered to all of our needs. Kunal specifically looked after us through the trek and was always smiling whilst providing insights to the history of darjeeling and info on flora and fauna. Robin our guide was similarly insightful. We had to cut our trek short due to inclement weather and they expertly organised the relevant transport - which was not straight forward given our location at 3600+ meters. Mountain Travel set up a custom tour of the Darjeeling area and Sikkim for me and my party. They provided an excellent guide, driver and car. The stops on the tour were thoughtfully chosen and they were responsive to my requests, The hotels they chose were first class. Communication throughout was very good. I can heartily recommend them.

The Journey from our hotel(Mariott) was almost 2 hours.. but it was worth it once we reached there! View was mesmerizing and breathtaking! Learnt a lot on tea factory! Tasted the free tea which was offered!

Great staff, they were very professional. We did 14 days in Sikkim and West Bengal, we were 5. Their service started from pick up from Bagdogra airport and back to the same airport without any problem. I took the service of Mountain Adventure Tours and Travels for booking the cab for the entire trip, starting from pick up from Bagdogra Airport to Kurseong, sight seeing for the next couple of days and then drop from Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport. The entire 4-5 days trip was tension free for us. Cab was always available as per the agreed time. Neat and clean cab with professional and friendly driver. Mountain Adventure provided a competitive quote just 2 days before our journey. Payment terms are also good and customer friendly. Overall the service was quite good and we as a family was satisfied with the service. I will surely recommend and come back to Mountain Adventure in future.
