Anchal a synonym to delicious, tempting & mouth watering dishes. She is flawless with wide understanding of regional cum international dishes. Moreover she could explain the significance & impact of even a pinch of spice, make you feel the aroma while cooking & dressing.
I opted the course to suprise my parents on their aniversary and reached out to Anchal for help. She heard me calmly, asked for likes & dislikes. She taught me how to exactly cut, mix & grind species till certain degree basis on dish.
I never believed myself that I could ever cook but this god gifted blessed lady made me cook like a professional and cuisines tasted like exact which I always expect while eating out.
She is an encyclopedia of cooking even knows the dishes which were elapsed since ages by explaining the history, background & rare ingredients.
I would recommend her to all I know across the globe and strong advise to all who want learn and try new cuisines. If pro you could polish the cooking skills by consulting her.
Someday I would like to narrate and pen down her experience in a form of book.
From brunch to supper snacks or from lavish and fancy lunch and dinner or bar - be - queue parties dishes. She knows all tips and tricks.
Hats off keep on making world to eat amazing finger licious cuisines.

Anchal is awesome. When I was in India last year I cooked with her at her house, which was so much fun and an amazing peak into authentic Indian life and culture. With the pandemic, it’s been impossible to travel, so learning about Indian culture and food online is still pleasing my travel bug, and allowed me to bring my parents and sister along for the ride so they have an experience that and a glimpse into the places I’ve travelled. It also allowed me to try something new for lunches this week! Would highly recommend a virtual or in person class with Tastesutra. A great experience.

Anchal was wonderful at every stage - planning the event, menu selection, prep & planning and finally cooking together via zoom. When 2 of us got Covid, she kindly rescheduled and expressed lots of care. During the event we learned about her, her culture and more about Indian cooking than I’d imagined. We were two adult couples in 2 different locations. Anchal managed us all with patience, through different ingredients and differing cooking speeds. She was kind and lovely. I’d definitely cook with her again and highly recommend the experience.

We had 4 different households join our online course, all had been provided with a list of ingredients days before the course.
Everyone commented on how professional, enjoyable, interesting, how patient Anchal is in answering questions, and going over points.
the meal we created was wonderful and (with the expert instructions) simple to make.
We had one vegetarian on line, Anchal explained processes and cooking times separately for them, which they greatly appreciated.
Absolutely fabulous time, and all who attended said they were going to book more classes.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed cooking with Anchal from the comfort and safety of our home. We wanted to do something unique to celebrate our 15th anniversary and with the risk that is out there, going to a restaurant wasn’t on the table. But we’ve always enjoyed Indian food and had difficulty getting it to taste right. Anchal made it super easy. She responded quickly to my emails with answers to my questions. She gave us an introduction to Indian spices and helped us understand what each spice brings to the dish we were cooking. She was patient while we were trying to follow her steps. The food turned out delicious! I feel like we got a little glimpse into India without leaving home. We hope to visit New Delhi someday and take a course with Anchal in person.

I came across this fun filled activity while reading other reviews, and decided to give it a try. it turned out to be one of the best decisions taken recently.
Inspite of distractions, multiple questions from fellow participants, Anchal's patience was commendable and she took immense efforts for keeping everyone engaged.
The class cooks with readily available ingredients and the entire time is very causal and it actually delivers what it mentions .COOK BOND EAT

I did a team building cooking session with members from different countries and the host was very prompt and accommodating to our requests. We all had so much fun learning about Indian food and how to use the spices. We all shared our meal virtually and it was the BEST virtual experience. Everyone loved the food made by them. Hope to go to India and do an in person cooking session with Anchal soon.

This was a Christmas gift for my mom that she was looking forward to. They reached out to me a couple days prior asking me when I would be available for the class. I sent them my time and day that best suited us, to find out its in a different time zone and they couldn't accommodate that time. We kept going back and forth with different times with what would works best for my mom and then nothing ever came about it since their time is way ahead. I had reached out to them 4 times to send them a time that would be reasonable and they never replied.
I would highly suggest if you are okay with India time, then be my guest. We are on EST and it wouldn't work for us. I wish that they would have advertised that they were in India time because if that was the case, i wouldn't have bought this class. I now have wasted money and was not able to get my money back since the day passed.

At the outset, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Since we are an Indian outfit, the time zones work in IST. We shall keep note of your suggestions and make necessary updates on our offering. We have already put our working hours (6:00 AM to 12 Midnight IST) and will re mention them elsewhere for a better clarity.
As per our communication thread, we have been consistent in responding to your messages and there was never an occasion without a response. There was a slight gap in the last communication due to a COVID casualty in the family, as already stated to you.
In case there are any messages at your end which did not reach us OR weren't responded too, we shall take this issue with Viator and present our chat thread.
We have had amazing times with our guests in EST timezone & will be really glad to offer another time and date for this class. Also, as stated earlier, we are ready to process a refund at our own end via Paypal as Viator does not cater to cancellations after 24 hours.

Had a wonderful time cooking with Anchal online. Was such a fabulous experience. She is patient and an amazing teacher who also takes time to talk about Indian culture. I always walk away from a class with more confidence and now I can make a curry without looking at the recipe! The food is super clean and healthy too.

We had an amazing VIRTUAL experience with Anchal! It was amazing that she could instruct a class for my friends and I in Melbourne, Australia - while she is alll the way in India. The class was not only SUPER FUN, but we learned so much too. The recipes itself were delicious, and very accessible to some of us who are not so familiar with Indian cooking. It is great that she has options for vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters, whatever!
This was actually the perfect Saturday arvo for us in Melbourne - as we are currently in lockdown due to COVID19. My friends and I all had a great time with Anchal, and at the end of the session we had all cooked an amazing lunch hehe.
Definitely reccommend the online experience :)
