The most amazing experience. Staff were very kind and knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. My partner is disabled and we had forewarned them that we had no wheelchair with us. It was agreed we would have a modified experience because of mobility issues. In the end they found a truck to transport him round and we had a fantastic time. Could not believe we were able to have such close contact with these animals. We fed them, walked with them and scrubbed them down in the pool. We were told the heartrending backstories of these noble creatures and witnessed the scars and evidence of their maltreatment in an earlier life. Such a worthwhile thing to do and so much fun! A must- do activity!

It was a very beautiful experience and it was really exciting to be that close to those very big beautiful animals, the guide was very sweet and they were all very friendly, I really enjoyed myself

Group 6 of us booked for siam niramit show. Company gives complete details information correctly. Show was very perfect and even requested 2 vegan dinner. Every thing was perfect we enjoys! Thankss

On time pick up from the hotel. Knowledgeable tour guide, Eve, and good driver. Covered all the spots as described. Particular love the Blue Temple. However, I felt there was not enough time to thoroughly tour each site due to the distance from Chiang Mai and between sites.

Amazingly beautiful view, I enjoy the undersea walk and banana boat ride. Beautiful and adventures both at the same time. Enough Thai lunch.

The staff were absolutely lovely. They were very informative about how to interact with the elephants. The elephants were so cute and seemed really well adjusted to their handlers. Also the staff were can I say again absolutely fantastic. They saw that it was my birthday and while on my tour they got me a birthday cake and sang to me. it was so cute and such a wonderful surprise. They made it my best birthday to date!

Reliable service! Very very fast communication and fair pricing. WE had no problems locating our driving and will be using them for any future trips to Bangkok. Highly recommended. *WE traveled with a large family of 7 people from the US .

The staff are amazing and funny and really knowledgable you get one on one time with the different elephants and get to bond and bathe with them. Really good if you like animals it's a must do! And it's a gud cause the mo ey goes to the elephants and there upkeep

I enjoyed the Tour from Chaing Mi which is definitely a Full day tour. Expect between 12-14 hours. The mini van was full but comfortable which is necessary for the long trip up to the Golden Trianhle area. Many stops along the way.. Karen Long Neck Village, White Temple, Blue Temple, Baandam museum/ complex and a boat ride in the Golden Triangle area border area of Burma 🇲🇲 Laos 🇱🇦 and Thailand 🇹🇭. The stop for lunch @ a buffet style meal was good with a lot of selections. The guide was very good. She struggled with others on the tour that just consistently refused to be at the predetermined location and time specified and were constantly late which made her have to go look for them. Please don't be those person(s) it made her job much more difficult and harder on everyone in the group. I recommend this tour and company if you can do a FULL DAY and can follow instructions and can be courteous to your other travelers.

What a great experience. Great to walk with the elephants. Only small group so very personalised experience. Four elephants currently rescued - well cared for. Bathing them & splashing with them was great fun - very lucky

What a wonderful experience! The sanctuary is beautiful, the guides are very knowledgeable about the elephants and they create a great experience for the guests. Being able to feed, touch, wash, and swim with the elephants was absolutely magical.

The driver was very friendly and looked after us well, there was an issue because I made the booking not knowing that me having a Thai wife would make the booking invalid however the driver was able to help us with the ticket office and we were able to go ahead with the trip. He was very helpful to us. I will make a suggestion that trip advisor make it clear about this policy as I was not aware of it until we turned up at the Ancient City

Not at all what i expected. I wanted to go to an island to enjoy the beach, but instead most of the time was spent being pitched on all the activities they wanted to sell to us. When we finally got to the island we only had a little over an hour there, only just enough time to get the thai lunch, that was big but wouldn't say great. Overall wouldn't recommend.
