We went to Spiti valley with our group of 13 friends. The trip was turn out awesome. We all enjoyed a lot with the scenic beauty of Himalayas. Also IIM Ventures has took good care of us and they know the places very well. Also the home stay arrangements are great with good and homely food. Thanks to Mr.Anil and Mr. Aniket.

Trip was ek dum Kadak. Food quality, hotel , home stay there planning of trip was awesome. Bike condition was great Imm Ventures was good special there pilot Mr Aniket and leader Mr Anil they were every-time helpful

The trek by itself has been kept absolutely clear out of litter. One will not be able to find even a single plastic / aluminum foil/ buts etc. Good job - HP Govt / authorities. The Trek, is not a tough one. Though the extension towards Laka and Indrahar Trek - are tough. Comparable to one we did in PahalGam - the Tulain Lake.

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Imm Venters during a recent trip. As a customer, I had high expectations for the quality of service provided, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff. The employees seemed disinterested and untrained, and their lack of knowledge about the trip itinerary was evident. It was incredibly frustrating to be greeted by individuals who were unable to provide clear and accurate information about the tour.the transportation provided was deplorable. The driver was only interested in taking his commission.

Anil arranged drivers and cars for us for a period of 7 days. All driver's were very careful, good drivers and very pleasant and polite. Yash who was our driver for 5 days was especially great. He was very friendly and suggested good site seeing sites which he took us to between towns.

Please look over this before booking the trip. As mentioned you will get you are the lucky one. No stay was good even the service. You will waste the money if you are booking with them. Take care

Hope less Mr. Anil prop. Of Imm ventures tours fools by saying all 3 star hotels but the category of hotels are not even 1 star ( spity vally ) had a terrible experience with family just running behind money with wrong language and no proper communication nor with the customer nor with the hotels. Sad will request not to tour with them wants us to follow with them every time cold place no hot water no extra matteress sad food what they want is only money on time but service pathetic the worst part they want to issue you the payment receipt after 15 days for there adjustment.

In last week of March 2023, I planned family trip with Imm Ventures to Spiti. Mr. Anil Sir from Imm Ventures arranged the trip for me. Pre & Post communication about the trip was very good. Anil Sir has answered all the queries about the trip. My experience with this trip is excellent. The hotels, home stay & the car provided was nice. We loved it & enjoyed. I highly recommend Imm Venture. Driver Mr. Narendra Singh was nice person & provided lot of useful information about the Himachal Pradesh. His driving is very good & safe. We were comfortable with him as if he is our friend. He was very helpful & the kind of service he has provided is awesome. Nice to have driver like Mr. Narendra Singh. I would love to have my next trip with Imm Ventures and request to have driver Mr. Narendra Sing.

Had a aswesome trek to Indrahar Pass, Thanks to Mr Anil for cordinating this trip. Highly recommended.

Great one day trek - beginner level and easy to do in 6-7 hours with a small break for a meal on the go. Great views from the top.

It was good experience and everything was as per package. Food and tents were provided as per occupancy count.

Highly enjoying. Madam Sonia arranged everything nicely. Car driver Mr Pankaj was very helpful. Trek incharge Mr Vijay was nice and cooperative. Mr Sahil was our tour guide porter. Always laughing and well communicative. Hotel stay at Nature's feast in Bhagsunath is also good. But hotel should keep first aid medicines in reasonable quantities to tackle initial medical need. Also housekeeping must improve. Food was very nice and tasty. Location and view from hotel is also very good. Overall highly enjoying trek with beautiful scenery. But trek was very tiring since entire route is full of steep climb. Night stay in tents was somewhat uncomfortable due to biting cold. Particularly, toilet facilities was primitive and distressing. Overall a whole new experience for us mostly good.

Mesmerizing trek with breathtaking views at the top. Guide was experienced and friendly. Totally worth it.
