Located seven miles southeast of downtown, Memphis International Airport (MEM) is Tennessee's busiest airport, handling about 3.6 million passengers in 2014. The airport – which has four runways and three passenger terminals with a total of 66 gates – acts as a hub for SeaPort Airlines and Southern Airways Express. Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and United Express also operate at MEM. Non-stop flights are available between Memphis International Airport and destinations in the United States and Mexico.
