Asia's fourth-busiest airport and the world's 10th busiest airport, about 63.1 million passengers used Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) in 2014. It serves as a hub for Air Hong Kong, Cathay Pacific, Dragonair, Hong Kong Airlines and Hong Kong Express Airways, as well as a focus city for China Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Air India. In total, more than 100 carriers fly between HKG and about 180 cities in Asia, the Middle East, Oceania, Europe, Africa and North America. Hong Kong International Airport is located about 34 miles west of Kowloon. Ground transportation options include the Airport Express train, public buses to points across Hong Kong, hotel coaches and taxis. Travelers to mainland China can choose between a ferry transfer, mainland coaches and limousines. The airport also has onsite hourly, daily and long-term parking lots.
