The flight was delayed for "technical" reasons. As a result, I missed my connecting flight to Singapore. I was offered to book on a later flight but the reason for flying to Singapore was for a very specific time window to meet a client before they flew onward. As a result, everything about the trip was now pointless so I decided to cancel the connecting flight and just stay in KL. The staff in Miri advised that I would get a full refund. However, sometime later, I recieved an email saying I was only entitled to the airport tax refund. Tried the AI "Bo" - totally useless and designed to frustrate people so they just give up. No alternative contact number given. I lost a client and the price of the flight. The only reason for flying at all was to meet the client in Singapore so the whole trip was a bust. Once again, Air Asia snatches failure from the jaws of success. I'll be flying MAS for the return trip.…

This review is about the AirAsia MOVE app. I am really disappointed that Tan Sri Tony Fernandez decided to lump us customers with an AI chatbot instead of an actual human. There is an option to "chat with AllStars" but you must provide your 11-digit booking number. Padahal I just wanted to clarify something about a Turkish Airline flight that I found on the MOVE app. I wanted to ask questions to an actual human if the flight is an authentic TA flight using a TA plane, or is it codesharing using a local plane (maybe Batik or what). In the end couldn't get through to anyone so I did not book. Come on la Air Asia, it is us humans who use your service and fly with you. Not AI. Don't treat us like this. It's very stressful and makes me feel like I am not valued at all.…

One hour trip from Langkawi to Kuala Lumpur and all was well. Ten minutes late leaving but we made it up. Full flight and the legroom was poor, but the staff were very professional and all went well

I very rarely fly with low fare airlines and only do it outside Europe. A recent short flight with AirAsia from Kuala Lumpur to Phuket was one of them. Frankly, I was impressed by AirAsia's level of service. I've checked-in online, printed out my boarding pass at the airport and only had a hand luggage. Ground staff didn't pay that much attention to it and no one checked the size of my travel bag. Boarding went smoothly, cabin crew was friendly and pretty welcoming. It was an Airbus A320, seat comfort was quite ok. Food and beverages were only available for purchase, of course. Cabin crew was present all the time and ready to assist. In my opinion, AirAsia is a very good cheap travel option especially if a trip covers a few countries in South-East Asia. I'm more than happy to fly with them once again!…
