New plane with plenty of leg room, day time flights and departed on time, flight attendants were friendly and attentive, cheaper than other no frills airlines and included 20kg luggage. I would definitely fly with Sunexpress again. We were a group of 7 friends and we were all sat together.

I really did not expect much, and indeed, it was not worse than Ryanair, at least regarding the check-in procedure. You can book better seats (and preferential boarding) upfront with extra legroom for 20 Euro each way, so, also ok. But then the lines at the airport in Frankfurt were just ridiculous - why do you bother to check in...

We flew back from our holiday in Turkey. It was the only direct day time flight. Although like any other budget airlines you've to pay for all the additional items, the most expensive seat was still cheaper than some other British airlines. We took off at 08:00am and landed on time in Luton. The flight was full and people struggled...

The service and the crew members were polite and attentive. The seatings were more comfortable than any other cheap flights. They even asked if we wanted to upgrade our seats to extra legroom for 10 Euro, but it was 4 of us and there were only 2 left. The only negative thing that I can say is that we had...

First time flying with these, they are part of Turkish airline and another one. We were delayed for an hour going to Turkey, while we were waiting we had to wait in a small area, which was hot and aircon wasn't working, they did open the doors which lead you to the plane so at least we got some air,...

While booking the flights we felt like dealing with great airline. After flights took place, we realised that is it rhe same as you would use ryanair or easyjet... just even lower. Despite the fact that the service provider is united between Turkish air lines and Lufthansa... I think they united the worst parts of it... everywhere we felt like...

I couldn't believe that there was no thee and coffee during the fligth, but now I reed the reviews that there were even times without water. So it means it is not a one time happening. Those companies are not a cheap charter ones anymore, I really don't get it how can they be so poor in service. I would...

The attendants did not offer customer service to non Turkish travellers. Our money is clearly not good enough.

We had family holiday at Turkey, included hotels and flights and we bought that from TUI. Noticed that airline was new for us, Turkish SunExpress. What to say..it was quite poor experience. Both flights were on time. And personnel were nice. Those were only good things in it. At start, safety instructions were spoken so unclear that we didn´t understand any...

I cant believe how terrible can a flight be! Imagine... there was no water, they just could serve water to 2 rows of people. it was about dinner time and they gave us one small bread, a little cheese and a bad tasted sausage... I asked for one more bread and the flight attendant told me they cant do it,...
