Worst airline!! Our flight was 2,5 hours delayed, which resulted in us missing our connected flight to Bali. They didn't inform us about anything, and they wouldn't help us to do anything about our situation. I will NEVER fly with Malindo Air again!!!

My expectations were on par with price - it's a budget airline my ticket price was competitive. Most importantly: we departed on time and had a smooth flight from Melbourne to Bali, then home again. Seats were comfortable and slightly more spacious than economy-class seats on other airlines. There weren't many people on the flight there so everyone had a...

The check in and overall flight journey was good. Only if the selection food and food portion were bigger, it would have been better.

Malindo remains the best airline for South Asia travel . It is full service airline in reasonable price. Flew from Delhi to Kuala Lumpur.Service, courtesy , handling was astonishingly smooth and superb. Cabin crew are very cultured and polite and responsive to needs of the passengers.
