Founded in 2012 as a cargo airline, Loong Air (GJ) is a Chinese airline that began offering passenger service in 2013. It operates from a base at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH) in the Yangtze River Delta region. Loong Air offers scheduled passenger service to more than 20 airports in China, including Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN) and Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (SZX). It also offers charter flight to two destinations in Vietnam. Loong Air’s fleet of 20 aircraft consists of 17 Airbus A320-200 passenger planes and three Boeing 737-300F planes used for cargo flights. Each passenger aircraft is configured with a single economy-class cabin holding 174 passengers.
