Let's begin with layover hotels. You have to pay 20$ USD to have single occupancy plus the 25 RMB each way for taxi. I fly through Xiamen twice a month for about a year now. It's the worst airline possible with the worst layover possible in the most boring city possible. They used to be the cheapest option with great...

Dear Sir/Madam, I am totally disappointed with the flight I booked from Trip.com. It caused me a lot of my precious time. The first time I booked a flight from Xiamen Airlines, I was impressed with its service and overall performance , I even recommended to friends and been very vocal about my administration to this airline company, since then...

English and service is non existent at Xiamen Airport. A very inefficient airport with no international transit facilities. You’ll have to clear immigration twice and queue up no less than 7 times before you’re all set to fly off to your destination. They have absolutely no abundance of non-English speaking staff doing unnecessary things there. On shorter routes operated by...

I’m one who likes to only fly with the top known airlines, you know, most European national Airlines and EasyJet and Ryanair. I’d heard of Xiamen, but had never flown with them. Their seat spacing in economy was pretty much the same as all the others, but we found the cabin crew to be very friendly and helpful, even though...

On my return sector, there is no air-con inflight and all passenger is sweating. We complained to the air stewardess, her respond is "I have informed the Captain, and I can't do anything". The Captain did not make any announcement for the reason of "inflight suana"

Very good value for money for a trans-pacific roundtrip in business class. The hard product (especially the reverse herringbone seats on 787-9) is top notch and the service quality is attentive, if a little stiff. The one drawback in taking XiamenAir is transferring through their hubs in XMN and FOC is somewhat painful. Those airports are antiquated and lack the...

Air stewardess are acting professionally and at high speed of service. The journey was great as the hospitality is decent. The leg room in the flight is spacious, except the flight is bit old where 5 hours journey of flight is still using shared screen entertainment. They should upgrade to a better fleet of flight.
