Budapest-based Wizz Air (W6) is a low-cost carrier and Hungary's largest airline. It flies non-stop to about 100 smaller or secondary airports in 35 countries. This includes points across Europe, as well as destinations in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Wizz Air's fleet consists entirely of planes with Economy Class seating. Passengers can pay an additional fee for reserved seating and preferred seats, food and beverages while on board, and other amenities.

Avoid them at any cost.

They refused to check us in and left us at the airport. It never happened to me from other airline. We had to book another flight. Avoid them at any cost.

The single and most expensive check-in I have ever seen!

It was the worst flight of my life.
They charged me $69 just for check-in.
The plane was like a grocery store, they didn't even offer a free glass of water.

No staff at the airport. 2h flight 8h delay

My 2h flight was delayed from 8:55 to 17:40. After waiting for hours and numerous attempts of contacting staff I had to engage airport security to leave the airport in hope of finding another flight.

The worst airline. Flight canceled without any reason given, no assistance provided for rebooking. I lost holidays and money. They refuse to refund the canceled hotel because the flight was canceled, not delayed. You won’t be getting another email from me with such an issue, as I’m choosing a different airline from now on—one that treats passengers seriously. No more

You have to pay £100 to check in in the airport. What a scam. I'm absolutely stunned by how Wizz can use whatever way to scam people for the money that they worked hard for.

I can't believe I was forced to pay $69 for check-in.
(They couldn't charge my credit card and they forced me to convert dollars to pounds)

Although the initial flight costs were very low, by the time you add luggage, paid for seats and check in costs they are no cheaper.
