We went to the machines to print out boarding pass at the PuertoValletta airport, the machine told us to ask a Volaris agent for help. We stood in the baggage check in lines ( even though we didn’t have a check in bag) and finally the agent said we had to pay 10 dollars ( 200 pesos) for her to...

Regret not taking the terrible reviews seriously. All elements of our journey were horrendous - the check in process was just an absolute mess, queues made no sense and the employee responsible didn’t have a clue. We paid for extra luggage for 4 passengers, were under weight by 10 kilos on one yet over 3 kilos for another suitcase but...

Purchased flight on Volaris because it was available (reputable airlines sold out on route). Flight was inexpensive when I bought, at check-in they charged me $6.50 for only available seats $13.00 total. Took a day trip for business from Mexico City to Merida, when I returned to Merida airport to catch return flight THEY CHARGED ME $100 PESOS ($5 dollars...

Both departing and incoming flights were on time. Staff was pleasant and assisted with completing forms.

There is a reason the prices are so low. They have changed the seat cushions and made less leg room. The seat cushions are 1" open cell foam covers on springs. You can lift the seat cover right off. I had to stand for 1/4 the flight because my butt hurt so bad. The leg room is so bad you...

Volaris is a budget airline, and honestly it did the job for a one hour and fifteen minute flight from Mexico City to Guadalajara. It was only $100 and for the price I would use them again, it was exactly what I expected for the price

Schedule is not so friendly, but for the price, it was worth it. On board you can buy snacks or sandwiches. Be prepared to find all stores closed at the airport. I managed to buy a Minestrone soup in front of the gate.

I got an excellent price because I purchased almost a year in advance. Schedule is not so friendly, but for the price, it was worth it. On board you can buy snacks or sandwiches.

SEATS: SO SMALL. I am 115lbs 5'2 and my legs touched the person in front of me....and the desk that you bring down in front of you is the size of a little square (wish I would have taken a picture) SERVICE: There is nothing free on this airline. I had a 6 hour ride and they don't even provide...
