Arrived at tashkent airport to be left on a bus going to the terminal with doors open at -11 degrees. The driver refused to close to door as we froze there. No entertainment, no legroom. Not recommended.

Less legroom than Ryanair on an elderly Boeing 737. Seats so worn was sitting on the metal frame. Only 2 loos for app. 170 passengers giving a smelly plane. Food inedible (and stored, before serving, on a trolley blocking one of the loos for over half an hour) and service (what service?) deplorable. Though in those conditions can I blame...

Okay, I will have to admit that although the plane wasn't exactly new, it was in a decent condition, and the seats had more adjustment options than those on new airplanes of China Southern, for example. I will also mention that I flew with a cat, and he was allowed in the cabin. Apart from that the service was just...

Wel I'd read the review but I was totally unprepared for this airline. When we got on the outbound flight at Heathrow we were counted by a clicker. It took a number of attempts to get us all counted. A row had broken out, in English, between a hostess and a passenger. He was trying to get to his seat...

Overall, I would rate the airline as 3 out of 10. The airline serves meals that I cannot eat! Obviously, tastes differ. But I think a lot of experienced travellers would find the HY cusine as "very poor". The food has no taste whatsoever. Or has an old fashioned Soviet meal taste. The only + is that the aircraft fleet...

My review about the international airport in Bukhara city. If you think you can go straight inside to the airport, you are mistaken. The building is fenced around the perimeter 200 m. You have to stand behind the fence on the street, till the registration begins no one is allowed to the airport. You'll be cold if it's winter and...

Compared with the flight to Tashkent, the return flight was not good. We were delayed as we were waiting for a connecting flight from India. This was NEVER explained - we just had to guess! For a long haul flight, the comfort of the passengers (albeit economy) was not considered. The seats were uncomfortable and the inflight entertainment non existent....
