Had to go for a memorial and the flights both ways were remarkable in their lack of amenities from the non-existent entertainment and food to the irritating charge for checking the first bag (travel overhead size). checking that size bag frees up the cabin space, which they always seem to want, but return flight had auto bag check which the...

I have been flying UA since 1987 and am a two million mile flier. This was one of the best flight I have experienced. Evidently Tuesday is usually the best day for traveling. It was relatively less passengers. We rode a Lyft from Manhattan to the airport. There were not many passengers. We checked in and passed security check without...

Long flight from Brussels to Chicago in economy. All went well. Flight attendants and crew were attentive. Food was fine for airline food.

Nothing extraordinary, nothing went wrong.....it was a smooth flight, on time, with no incidents. We had polite and helpful flight attendants who helped us with our 2 yr. old. United is fine to fly with.

This flight was the last leg of the day. I’m not sure if the airline can make the space any tighter. My knees touched the seat in front of me before takeoff. In addition to a tight space, the passengers were not told they could download the app and access the FREE WiFi option until after takeoff. The other inflight...

Got stuck in Little Rock airport while waiting for United to figure out how to get a jet from point A to point B. False updates on our flights departure that kept getting pushed further and further back left passengers clinging on to false hope. United sucks, employees werent helpful. I hope this company goes bankrupt with no bailout.

Every time I fly united (which is as rarely as possible) it always sucks out loud. I mean really bad. Delays, trapped on plane forever, an "I don't care" attitude. Why is this antique of an airline still in business. ALWAYS disappointing.

Had to take several trips in the last few months from LGA to ORD. I have to say United is making a much better effort than before, even at LGA which is a hellhole right now. I arrived early and got put on an earlier flight with zero hassle, they really are trying harder in the air to make you...

My husband and I fly United pretty often since Newark airport is the most convenient for us and it's a United hub. United isn't the most bang for your buck in terms of extras, but we've always gotten from point A to point B ok. On our latest flight, we had a pretty severe lack of communication from staff. We...
