Of all the airlines I have used this was my least favourite. As passengers we were so excited to be going on holiday. When we boarded our flight the flight attendants weren't very welcoming like we have experienced on other airlines. The food wasn't nice either. The entertainment was basic and the touch screen function didn't work properly. It truly...

So I was going to travel to Costa Rica for winter, wanted to take my Dog, well, If you think paying more is better, get ready for a rubber glove. Flying My hound one way was $550! You would think you got red carpet treatment for that price , Its a rip off! First,,,,, you spend hundreds getting you hound...

Had a delay because of deicing on the way out, but crew and ground personal gave us regular updates and the plane was very clean.

The bag check in procedure at Chicago O'Hare airport is quite confusing, especially at 3am. The confusion is compounded by inadequate staffing. My wife and I showed up on July 9th departing for a flight to Newark for a connection to Puerto Plata Dominican Republic. Since it was Saturday we didn't think that would be such a crowd at the...

I have taken many flights to Cabo but NON-Stop is the only way to travel. It takes an hour longer for me to leave from Newark but it beats being on a plane for 2+ hours and making your first stop to change planes and you are still in the eastern time zone! US AIR (American) would stop in Charlotte...

When ordering tickets I specifically requested 3 wheel chairs for the others traveling with me. Several days before traveling I called United to confirm this request and was told there had been only a request for 2 passengers .My internet confirmation print out stated 3 were requested. Morning of flight I went to O'Hare United check in and was told...

We had 1 great experience on United in November and 1 poor experience on United in December. On both flights, we travelled in first class on the Embraer ERJ 175 aircraft. This aircraft is certainly an improvement over the older CRJ (small body) aircraft. The flight attendant was terrible and inexperienced. We received 1 drink and a tiny bag of...
