I usually get fairly nervous about flying and was particularly stressed when I found out one of my bags was way over weight. However the staff of United were extremely kind, calming, personable, and acted for my benefit to fix the problem.

Got a whole row so was able to lie down and sleep. Also, had a flight attendant who treated us special. Offered pillows and blankets. made sure we were always hydrated. Flight smooth and safe. I fly UAL a lot. Despite the media hype, I find I am always streamed well, get a safe flight, and nearly always on time...

Due to unforseen circumstances I missed all of my connecting flights (no fault of United) and while I do not really like United or any other American airline, I must say that united arranged for me to fly Delta on a non stop flight as it was the most convenient after missing alll of my connecting flights...kudos to them this...

Traveling single mother of three kids is stressful enough. Imagine a long flight of nearly 12 hours with service with no smiles is not amusing. United could do with more PR training to front line staffs. There is a big difference with asian stewardess versus caucasian stewardess attitude and services. Food - lunch portion is suitable to feed for petite...

I had a connecting flight at SFO which I missed because of a 50min delay in take off from LAX. That was the last flight of the day that I missed because UA conveniently canceled a supposedly later flight. Long queues at the counter with rude and unhelpful staff. Made minimal efforts to search for other possible flight options. Almost...

we were very pleased with the service offered and the on-line facilities for seat selection etc - there was a slight delay on the return journey and perhaps a little more information of why a delay would have helped but all in all an excellent ride and would certainly fly united again

The higher the ticket price the less service. Now you have to tag your own bags , get your own boarding passes. The tsa staff is rude. Terminal was renovated. The changes are not passenger friendly.

I flew Continental three times a year to Maui, Honolulu and Guam. I loved that airline and didn't mind paying extra for the comfort they provided on such long flights. I racked up a ton of miles and was told not to worry about them expiring. United purchased Continental and I was a assured the miles would transfer. I didn't...
