Cabin crew are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. My experiences with this airline have been so positive that it is now all I fly for the most part no matter if I am flying domestic within the US or internationally.

Basically the service on transatlantic Polaris class is like short haul in Europe. The food is below standard, served on the tray like economy only with a cloth napkin. The "in between" refreshments are insulting for a 14 hours flight with only 2 meals service. The attending crew was artificially correct and detached. I felt like I need to be...

I was originally scheduled to return from Cancun to Houston, Tx to then arrive to my final destination in Newark, NJ. My flight was changed due to hurricane Harvey from Houston, Tx to San Francisco with just over a 30 minute layover in San Francisco to go from the international section, through customs, claim my baggage, check-in to my domestic...

Great flight, despite a rocky landing. Service was nice, the snacks and drinks were good and the seats are very comfortable. I'm a bigger girl and sometimes the seat belts can be so tight but I didn't have that problem at all flying with United.

Is it possible for an airline to get worse after a scandal laden Year? Apparently. United isn't known as a super low budget carrier so I'm still shocked by the nickel and diming I experienced on my last flight. I booked an economy ticket (made the basic economy mistake once and that was enough), and the only seats that I...

Nice comfortable trip to Singapore on United's 787 dreamliner. This was a 1 stop flight with a stopover at San Francisco international. Nothing on the flight was bad. A good selection of movies that really helped pass the time. Seating was comfortable (no feet sticking out from fellow passengers). Food was good enough for me, granted i'm not a picky...

There were 4 parts to this flight total. The first leg of flight from odd to Newark new jersey was less than appealing. Flight attendants were visably cranky and non professional. The Newark airport is huge and horrible signage. Final leg to Dominican Republic was fine although the planes seats are high and uncomfortable. The journey home was just that....

I arrived at B concourse at O'Hare. My connecting flight leaves in an hour and 15 minutes from gait E-5. The walk from B gate to E gate was over 20 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened at O'hare. I don't think I will choose flights that connect through Chicago anymore. I'm getting too old to...

We flew first class out of Houston to Jamaica. We upgraded to first class at the airport check-in. The staff was awesome and the seats were roomy. Hubby is a tall man and can barely fit in the economy seats so first class offers a way for him to stretch his legs not ride with his knees up by his...
