pilots flew safely.planes were somewhat clean However the gate staff severly made me upset in 3 different cities, refused to let myself and companion even sit anywhere remotely close to each other, 2 cities gave us grief about our carryons ( they were well within the size/weight restrictions, much smaller than some other passengers bags). Then the kicker. 15 mins...

Safety standards present on other airlines were not followed on this particular flight during landing and takeoff. Both seats ahead of us and one across the aisle were in the recline position from taxi to taxi When I pointed it out to an attendant it was waved off. United were very efficient with having a wheelchair present for boarding and...

What a lovely experience we had with this airline. Friendly and professional service from the all of the staff members. Even though it was a long flight in the economy we had a stress free and easy change over with each flight. One airline we would definitely choose to fly again. Entertainment was great.

Only use this airline because of direct connection from Houston but it is not customer service oriented - just about money

I don't usually fly United, but our travel agent booked our trip. I usually fly Delta. I have to say, that my husband and I both felt that the seats were more comfortable and there was more leg room in the United planes. I'm generally not feeling the love of most flight attendants these days. They make you feel like...

United's loyalty program (Star Alliance) is the best in the world, whenever I travel to the US, this is my choice. Regardless of what others talk about the age of the attendants etc, I care less, overall their service is no nonsense and excellent, experience wise no other airlines can compete with that.

The cabin crew was rude and not very helpful with anything. Nobody answers the cabin call on the switch. Many of the TV screens weren't working, crappy selection of entertainment. Some of the short international flights, they don't even give you a glass of water for free. All round disappointing airline. When you have to spend close to 48 hours...

When you're disable, it's very hard to go up and down on the airplane steps. Toronto, San Francisco and Chicago no problem. Honolulu airport is the problem. the male person that check you before boarding yell at you in you are on the wrong line. Hedoes not tell you nicely at all.

My wife and I have premier access for this roundtrip flight to Punta Cana from Washington, DC. The flight to PUJ was uneventful and very pleasant. Boarding class 2 with no issues. The flight from PUJ was another story. Three gate changes with no one knowing or being able to understand the United Airlines employee on the intercom. Then came...
