We originally was going to go on Southwest Airlines until we found out that for two of us we would be paying a little over $2300.00 dollars round trip. We chose United and our total bill was 1180 dollars. We did have to pay extra for the third check in bag and we took out medical insurance for both of...

We loved everything on United Airlines but I wanted to make a special comment about Lana. We accidentally booked a 5-hour layover in San Francisco and came to the service desk and she was very sweet and helpful and bumped us up to an earlier flight. We were ever so grateful. We were exhausted from traveling all day & she...

We never have to search for flights when we plan our 4-6 trips to Vegas each year. We always know we will be flying United, First Class - just the way it should be. First Class with United is incredibly comfortable, they take extra special care of you and keep the drinks flowing. We never fly any other way and...

The plane was small; but overall the flight was good. When reaching my destination my checked luggage was not available for pick up. I went five days with no luggage and was on a trip that my best friend and I had planned for two years. The majority of the staff I had to deal with were friendly. One CS...

What luxury to fly over the Atlantic at night, and have your personal cubby for sleeping. Our son is a "Million Miler", gets 10 global upgrades per year, and he generously upgraded us. This flight was one of the best. The crew in our cabin was unbelievable!! They hovered over everybody like mother hens, making sure that everyone was comfortable,...

I flew up to Pennsylvania in June and while the plane from Houston to Chicago was fine the connecting flight to Wilkes Barre was on a small ERJ-145 which has the 1-2 seat configuration. This plane is so small that they limit the carry on items even further than the bigger jets. There is no business of first class and...

UAL's business/first flies out of newark only. I generally prefer JFK as I am closer to jfk. However, EWR is more mass transit friendly. United's lounge in EWR is terrible. Its a very large lounge but is also ridiculously crowded. Its a very nice looking lounge with lots of privacy rooms. The food choices are terrible. You're better off eating...

United has a unique customer loyalty strategy different than most other US airlines. I always pay for the upgrade to economy plus (or the extra legroom seats on other airlines) because I'm 6'9" and physically can not fit in a regular economy seat. Every other airline, besides United, provides an upgrade in Boarding Group when you purchase the upgrade seat....

While traveling, I broke my leg and required emergency surgery, and an extension of my two week stay. I needed to change my economy ticket, and was dreading the trip back home. United booked me on my preferred date, and promised I would have assistance from the ticket counter. I am mid trip, and while I wouldn't wish being in...

I love United. There was a problem with the plane, could not be fixed; so we had to wait for another plane. Much rather safety verses departure time. We waited a long time; but was given a complementary meal and boarding went smooth. The flight was great despite the wait and the customers were patient throughout the process. The attendants...
