Untrained, rude employees, the planes are likely bought used from a real airline. Save yourself from the nightmare and use anyone else.

This was the absolute worst flying experience in my life. I don’t fly for work, only pleasure but with family and friends all over the country I take approximately 24 flights a year minimum. I LOVE budget Airlines and always talk up how wonderful Frontier is and was hopeful that Spirit wouldn’t live up to their reputation so I could...

The flight and the attendants were very friendly, the only problem my small luggage I had normally I'm not charged a carry on. This particular trip the desk attendants felt the need to charge me for my luggage this time. oh well overall it was a nice trip.

We hate the newer Spirit planes since the seats are smaller and tray tables and bungee cord holders are useless! Can hold much of anything! They even make you take your water bottle out of the bungee when taking off or landing. Return flight home was more comfortable since it was in an older plane.

I gave it a f**king 2 on a scale of 5. One for getting me there and back and not f**king crashing. It cost me 50 f**king dollars for one checked bag. I would NOT pay 3 f**king dollars for a cup of coffee. The f**king tray table was about 5x8 and made of metal -- it wasn't a tray...

Warning**** I purchased an Exit row seat on my flight about 6 months before this weekend. However about 15 minutes before boarding time I was called to the podium and informed I was bumped to a regular seat. I was given some ridiculous excuse that my seat was sold twice. How does a business even do that? I was given...

I had to stay over which was another...
