Priority through security was good start. Lounge was good. Loading excellent. Staff wonderful. Food good. Got a pretty good sleep. Altogether costly but arrived ready to go.

Still recovering from passenger putting their chair back for 12 hours of a 13 n a half hour flight leg space not great in economy Was impressed with Singapore airlines loading disabled passengers first level of customer service was amazing in both Heathrow and Changi airport Not impresssed with the meal given for bland meal I don’t eat rice cheese or fish n three of the meals over the flights there n back include them in the bland meal also some green gunk god knows what that was so made a crisp sandwich with the bun shame butter was missing off my tray n who’s bright idea is it to put powered milk on my tray n proper milk on my partners tray that happened twice also still deciding what one of the desserts was was some creamy brown gunk but ended up being the only thing eaten as yet again who ever Singapore airlines use to provide meals seems to think bland is that people eat a spinach omelette with cheese sauce on it (we don’t) Would fly Singapore airlines their steward n stewardesses really friendly on sq308 and 319 seating needs sorting as leg space not the greatest for a 13 n a half hour flight…

Cairns-Singapore; Singapore-Frankfurt. The first flight had a delay of more than 1 hour and so I missed my connecting flight. They said my next flight wasn’t willing to wait 5 more minutes. Singapore Airlines than rebooked me to another flight, through which i had to change the flight even 1 more time in Zurich and would arrive 4 hours later than i would have with the planned flight. On top of that they didn‘t send my luggage with me and it was still in Singapore when I arrived. Funny because I even asked the staff what would happen to my luggage when I arrived in Singapore and they told me it would be transferred with me as well. Worst airline experience ever. - Junhao Cao…
