Short flight to Trondheim this time, flew the SAS' Boeing 737-700. Great, new aircraft. The interior is new and modern, and there is WiFi on board (for a fee, unless you are traveling in SAS Plus or have a Eurobonus Gold or Diamond card.) The meny is a standard short haul meny, didn't test that. The crew was friendly and...

Cabin staf fine, however, before dinner, there was served drinks (against payment unless you want juice or water) later when dinner was served, there was no drinks served, meaning that the 15cl juice had hereby replaced the 33cl free soft drink which accompany your meal. Not so smart. Most passengers were Chinese, so they don't object, nor to the main...

Lost my bags after I was tracking them the entire flight somehow. Promised they would be delivered and they never showed up. Terrible service on my flights shorter than 5 hours without snacks or any type of wifi or media to use.

Our first trip with SAS and to Scandinavia. Very impressed with the cabin crew who were pleasant and friendly Free tea/coffee considering it was little over 2 hrs flying time. Comfortable seats which can recline but I didn't feel the need to! A little grubby when you drop down the lap tray but otherwise a very pleasant experience.

Personally, I think SAS is the best on long flights, no doubt. Certainly it's comfortable and quiet in the business class, but choosing Plus will not disappoint you that much as far as you're not 1.90 and need extra space. It works great here with fast service, though - as always in the lower classes - the food leaves a...

Flew SAS from Newark to Oslo, Oslo to Kristiansund, Longyearbyen to Oslo and Oslo to Newark. Superb airline. Recommend it highly. Way more efficient than most US carriers. Clean. Great food (can’t beliece I typed that). Friendly staff. No attitudes (unlike most US carriers). The lounges are great at the airports. The toilets are clean and spacious on the plane....

Love when its two seats at the side, for a couple its good not to have a person next to you. Comfortable seats, lots of movies, actually quite good food for being served on an airplane, friendly crew, left almost on time and arrived on time. No conplaints at all!

My husband and I flew from the DC area to Amsterdam and then we were scheduled on an SAS flight to Copenhagen. We had a lengthy layover, so we wandered around the airport a bit, and when we returned to our gate we found that the flight was cancelled. No notice, no reason given. The person at the gate said...
