They have you stood at the gate for over 30 minutes before boarding starts. When I attempted to talk to the ground crew, she was dismissive...

Coming to Portugal took three hours and that was the schedule back. Instead the pilot did it in two and a half hours. It was very foggy in England that night and although Heathrow was close, Stansted stayed open. The flight was very smooth and the crew very attentive.

Just like public transport, tolerably. Ticket price fully describe quality of service. For those people who would rather spend money on real entertainment than for travel expenses.

A late booking so very expensive tickets almost £700 return. Uncomfortable seats for the four and a half hours flight. Will avoid if possible in the future.
