Utter nightmare. Staff utterly rude to customers waiting at the gate. Left standing in the rain on the tarmac while the plane was still being emptied. Herded on by flight attendants only interested in flirting with attractive female passengers. Safety info given half heartedly while captain was speaking in Portuguese? Total shambles of a trolley service as stewards took orders...

These flights reinforced why I hate Ryanair! Flights both ways were fully booked but the airline keeps up this pretence of allowing 2 'free' bags on board for everyone! In fact, there is very limited room so bags are taken away at boarding. Limoges airport is tiny, only one security gate available, huge lines waiting to get through and little...

Arrived in good time. The queue was unbelievable for check in.The check in desks processed all flights.Nobody called our flight while we waited and waited and waited.By the time we got to the check in they had closed the gate.End of.Nobody called to say urgent or about to close, they just left us. We fly 4/5 times a year but will NEVER...

Never again. Refused boarding and closed the gate in front of us. Damaged our luggage, went to ryanair representative at airport, they said that we have to do it online. Did the complaint online and they have denied it due to the fact that there was no report from the airport representative...

You definaltey need to go with the flow on Ryanair, it can be a process getting on the plane. Find amusement in the different levels of "air savvy " of some passengers that are happy standing whist the plane hasn't gated or the ones that get taken back to the terminal because their carry on didn't comply ( so they...

This is the first time I've flown with Ryanair from Belfast international to Gdansk. At £60 return with no delays or hassles I can't complain! The flight was full but the staff were good and friendly and looked after everybody well, getting us on and off quickly.

I had just boarded and settled into my seat when an announcement told us to get off again. Apparently there had been a fuel leak while re-fuelling the plane. Thankfully there was another plane available and the staff dealt well with the situation guiding us along the tarmac to board again. I am not a fan of Ryanair but the...

This is Ryanair and everyone knows their reputation. However, they surprised me on some things, especially making sure they come through cabin plenty of times with the food and drink trolley (though obviously you pay for it). They are also starting to take those oversized cabin bags off people and put it in the hold, leaving space for those with...

Tickets are "cheap" online but once you are at the airport they try to get more money out of you. In my experience, I have never paid for checking in.For Ryanair you have to check in 2 hr prior to the flight, which I forgot as I was on vacation and I was charged $ 45 euros per person. Another...

We flew out to Tenerife with Ryanair last year which was the first time I had used a budget air line. I found the booking and boarding process a little complicated not being a frequent flyer. Lots of extras to add on make some of the flights less of a bargain when you add things up. The planes felt smaller...
