Ryanair deliver an outstanding service for a budget airline. We were travelling on a Friday afternoon and many flights were being delayed, thankfully not the Ryanair ones, but another airline that favours orange! Thanks Ryanair.

We travelled from Shannon to Faro on a RyanAir flight on 26th Aug, and it was probably my most pleasurable flight ever. The whole experience was great, and we started our holiday on a high note. Shannon was great to fly from – no hassle, everyone was friendly and security checks were very efficient and quick. The new security scanning...

Return flight flight 116 also. Both delayed by 50 mins/one hour. All a bit frustrating when it's only an hours flight. Inaudible cabin crew announcements both ways by non English speakers! Feel guilty for my comments as my fare was only £32 for the return, but regardless of that, all one wants is to fly from A to B on...

We flew Ryanair Sept. 10 from Rome to Madrid. First off, the plane could not land at Ciampino Airport in Rome because of weather which is understood. We waited for 2 hours to be told that we had to then get our luggage and be bussed to Fuminciano Airport. We were loaded onto 3 busses with our luggage. Unfortunately the...

The aircraft was littered with papers & other rubbish on the floor.Very unhelpful staff in airport on way home. We had a problem with the boarding card through no fault of our own & were charged over £70.00 each for them to print off a piece of paper. Never again will we use this airline.

I love a low fare, don´t get me wrong. But Ryanair is a real drain ... here´s a few tactics to be aware of: (1) If they have time and its a criwded flight, they canvass the departure lounge and approach you if you carryon is a bit large, ask for $50 to check it. If you resist, they will...

Plane seats and space is to tight ..paying for priority boarding is a waste of time if you walk across the tarmac or catch a bus to board the plane

This was a return flight following a day business trip to Glasgow. The flight left 10 minutes late due to "technical reasons" but arrived back at London Stansead 5 minutes early. The whole experience was a positive one. The aircraft was on the whole clean and tidy aside from a small smout of food debris under the seats next to...
