What luck they have experienced to charge me 40 euros for 4 kg of "surplus" luggage. Will you provide me with a certificate of your scales calibration? It's not enough for them my payment for 15 kg bags more than a personal ticket.

Two and half hours of delay without explanation. Part one: one hour at the airport. Second part: half an hour on the stairs waiting for the bus. Third part: one hour closed in the plane.

I was travelling to meet friends in Spain. They'd booked the villa I only needed flights. Sadly they are victims of monarch so holiday cancelled. Trying to get in touch with Ryanair is near impossible. Sat in live chat several times for 45 mins to be cut off as closed despite note saying 10 min wait. Email is snail mail....

Not much amenities wise on this airliner, but you can get extra leg room for a little bit more! For a guy big guy, it is worth every penny!

Flew with this vile company. They left us in palma airport without even water for 21 hours. No representatives and employed a spanish airport handling company who just had no interest in helping us at all. Worse experience in my life. The whole experience has made me quite ill after a long time in recovering from illness this experience has...

Always eventful. You think you have got booking system cracked when they change it again.Latest is when they pre allocate seats for couples and dont put them together even when available! Obviously another trick to get you to pay for seats together! Despite this the planes are always new or newer than their competitors and still competitively priced

For £26.99 each way what do you expect? We had the row to ourselves on the outbound flight and were seated in the emergency isle. Will definitely fly Ryanair again

I was scheduled to fly a 7 pm, and I had to take two trains to get to the airport. I was not wise to print boarding passes the day before, in fact I then realised that I did not include my son in the tickets. It is under 18 and I could not buy a ticket over the internet....

My concerns (raised in my July review) about Ryanair shifting the goalposts after we had booked were further compounded by the possibility that our flights might be cancelled during the "pilot holidays" fiasco. It was only when Ryanair was forced to publish the list of cancellations that we were reasonably convinced that we would be flying. Then a day or...

Flew many times with them so far and always got what I paid for. Do not expect any service at all. You only pay for a seat from A to B. And that's exactly what you get. If you do not have any luggage or what any service and just look on the costs than take Ryanair. Otherwise: Don't! Read...
