Qatar Airways (QR) is the flag carrier of Qatar and a member of the oneworld alliance. From its hub at Hamad International Airport (DOH), the airline flies to about 145 destinations spread across all six inhabited continents. Qatar Airways' fleet features planes with two-cabin (Business Class and Economy Class) and three-cabin (First Class, Business Class and Economy Class) configurations. Both Business Class and First Class seats can be converted into beds. For premium class passengers flying from Hamad International Airport, the airline operates the Al Mourjan Business Lounge. Excellent service, friendly and helpful. The qsuite is the best but sadly they stopped using the airline to Turkey with qsuite. Not too comfortable the seats, and the tv is not that big but overall the service is great and still have privacy in the business. I must add they also stopped handing out the hygiene bag/ toiletries kit on the flights to Turkey again would like this is at least given as option if we want it or not on business/ first class…

We found out cancelled once arrived at airport with air China and got moved to Qatar yesterday. We had baggage allowance on China air for 23kilo x 2 each and paid for extra in advance as well Qatar which is dreadful, trying to change us over £4000 in baggage as allowance different and just told us to throw all our stuff away. My autistic son broke down and had my 3 children in tears for 20 hour flights home. The staff at Qatar in Japan were disgusting and rude. Absolute nightmare won't use ever again! All they kept saying was throw it away over and over. We had to throw away 3 suitcases of our things including clothes and shoes and things bought on holiday. Once landed finally yesterday in the UK rest of our suitcases which we had all new hard cases where smashed and cracked up. The flight was terrible and noisy and plane filthy. Best airline in the world you are NOT, am appalled and seeking legal advice!…

I've flown a lot and Qatar are my one and only choice now. I don't even bother looking at other airlines anymore. The extra $$$ are worth it. From booking (direct in their website) to customer service and flight experience, can't fault them. The meals seriously are delicious, REAL cutlery, meals are plentiful and well thought out, and all cabin crew are fantastic. When I'm rich I'll fly business but for now it's economy and they are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they serve with a smile and you feel welcome. Thanks once again Qatar Airlines. And your airport in Doha? Just wow!…

I am silver member, flew business class with Qatar Airways and then they lost my baggage for almost 2 full days. I did not receive any type of reimbursement at all for having my baggage lost, not informing me about its status and not delivering it to my hotel. I had to go to Doha airport to complain and beg for it until they finally gave it to me after 1h of waiting. At the service desk, they said they‘ll upgrade me to business on my next flight for free as a compensation, but then at the gate they refused to upgrade me or give me any kind of compensation for all the trouble and stress I had looking for my bag and without any clothes at all. Very disappointing from an airline with such reputation! Very poor customer care!…
