Qantas is the safety airline in the world, in the past 95 years never had aircraft falling from sky. Recently, Qantas upgraded there A330 fleets that allows business class customer have more personal space than before. Inflight entertainment is very good, A lot of choices. Inflight meal was great too, always 3 meats choices and 1 veggie option. Drinks options...

Boarding my flight, I was surprised at the layout of the new Dreamliner and the amount of personal space there was.. Having only ever flown economy, it was an amazing experience and the staff were wonderful on the entire flight. Being elderly, they ensured I had everything I needed and kept checking I was alright. The food was good and...

I have had flights with all Australian domestic airlines now my last flights were Perth Melbourne return. I booked only a few days before the flight and the fair was cheaper than Virgin and offered more benefits than all the other airlines. Food was great entertainment was great and the service excelent. Considering the other cheaper airlines require further payment...

Qantas customer service are getting worse by the hour. And they make their website a maze if confusion so you do not get to speak to a real person. The night before our departure we get a text saying our flight has been canceled. This is happening more frequently with Qantas now a days as in the past 2 months...

Service was excellent. QF is let down by the hard product in the 747. The Skybeds are no longer acceptable in the current era of international business products. Also, the ratio if seats to toilets in business class was terrible. The plane is so old that one of the toilets had no air/ventilation, and my daughter passed out from the...

Really pleased with the new fit out on the seven threes. The seats are a lot more comfortable and maybe even a little wider than they used to be. I love the fact that you don't have to walk up stairs to board at the front of the plane like you do with Jetstar and possibly others in Hobart. Qantas...

Why did qantas cancel our Dreamliner flight Jan 18 London to Perth. mechanical issues? 24 hrs before takeoff? Lack of care for my family - shafted to emirates non- preferred flights/planes/seats/times And we were told "you have to call emirates to sort things out". Sounds like we were bumped! Dreamliner from Perth is still on route to London so a...

Flight was smooth, food and drink very good, service also very good. Flight was delayed by an hour due to bad weather in Sydney so plane could not fly to Melbourne. The worst part of the trip was Qantas Business club lounge in Melbourne, old worn out and in need of a refurbishment, food was ok but nothing special.

Premium Economy is SO worth it for the longer flights! Great leg room, bigger seats, WILL do that again! They lost my bag from Sydney to LAX, it never got on the plane. It happens, however the lack of communication regarding where and when my bag would be returned was a real let down. 4 days later my bag arrived....

Check-in was do-it-yourself (digital kiosks), which we didn't have an issue with, in-fact it was faster than standing in the old check-in queues, there were Qantas staff to help if needed. Our Boarding gate was non-existant, as we stood in an area waiting to then be told to go down the escalate and sit in a waiting area for buses...
