Been trying to book online for 3days, but the website always prompts an error or it always prompts with "The fare quoted previously is no longer available. Please choose another fare/schedule". I contacted the Customer Care to ask why and to assist me. They did offer assistance, they will help you book the schedule preferred but loh the prices they will...

I took PR112 to LA today, the flight was smooth and easy, my concern is the aircraft has no tv monitor till now; the Flighg Attendant whose voice is too loud and high pitch offered free ipad, but not working on two units given to me. She said the problem is the system, meaning the WIFI could not accomodate all...

SO MUCH better than AirAsia. The flight was almost on time and the staff were very clear communicating their intended departure timing and procedures. It was a well used but comfortable A340.

Price-wise, PAL is at the median with Cathay Pacific (lower) and Japan Airlines (higher). What is good about PAL is its direct route of about less than 12 hours from NAIA to YVR. Aside from being Patriotic, its saving time I'm after. What I don't like are the seats are quite tough on my back and the PAL Entertainment system...

Booked a flight going to Samar last August 2017 for a visit. 2 weeks before my flight they cancel it. I am from Australia, flying home for a short visit my itinerary is very hectic. I have arranged everything very early to get it out of way. I was so devastated when told my flight is cancelled. And they are...

Actually flew 'Premium' Economy; which affords a reclining lounge-chair style seat with adequate legroom, good food and attentive service. After a very long flight to Manila and many hours in the various airport terminals, I slept most of the flight to Sydney after the cabin crew brought me dinner very early into the flight, so can't vouch for the in-flight...

I found it to be excellent. Its worth paying the extra, I took another airline home and it was cheaper but terrible! The meals are really good and even include dessert and drinks. I could carry 50kg and the staff were so attentive. I travelled with my 2yr old and they were so accomodating and helpful. Plus the trip went...
