It was my first time to use NokAir airline for travelling. I would recommend this airline to Muslim people because they provide halal certified food and a bottle of water. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The plane was ready on time and no delay. Thanks to NokAir airline for being awesome during my 2nd honeymoon trip!

Super impressed by this budget airline! We flew from Hanoi to Chiang Mai with a layover in Bangkok. I was expecting this to be like any other budget airline where they nickle and dime you for everything, however I was really impressed with their service. When we stopped in Bangkok, they actually had someone waiting at the gate for everyone...

My compliments for NOK airlines. We arrived late at the check-in, due to a delayed flight from Mandalay to Bangkok and the added time for immigration and luggage collection. We were allowed to check in at the businessclass desk where there was no line and the check-in lady immediately recognized my "issue" with flying, being 6'6" (2 m) tall and...

Had a flight from surathani to Bangkok to Chiangmai and I recently got injured, which greatly restricted my mobility. Nok Air provided me with wheelchair assistance, made check in extremely smooth, put us in seats with extra leg room, and always made sure I was comfortable. Excellent customer service, roomy new planes, and properly professional. Best airline I've flown in...

Service was on time, service on board was friendly given the short flight duration of a little more than an hour. On the tarmac in NST there were umbrellas available for the short walk in the sunshine. Everything went smoothly.A small snack was and served.Booking and payment procedures for this airline is also convenient, with online booking and payment e.g....

Cabin crews were very friendly and nice. Snack on board's okay. But the flight was delay so I would not recommend if you have tight schedule for business trip.

At the airport the check in was really troubled with the check in lady trying to tell us multiple times we had to many kilos, but clearly she was mistaken when she asked help from a colleague who showed her the extra kilos for both of us were booked on my boyfriends name. It was not a problem that she...
