Jakarta-based Lion Air (JT) flies to about 40 destinations within Indonesia, as well as other points within Asia and the Middle East. The airline has hubs located at Jakarta's Soekarno–Hatta International Airport (CGK), Surabaya's Juanda International Airport (SUB), Batam's Hang Nadim International Airport (BTH) and Makassar's Sultan Hasanuddin Airport (UPG). Lion Air primarily flies planes configured with just an Economy Class cabin, although it also has some two-cabin (Business Class and Economy Class) planes. The airline also operates some subsidiaries, including Batik Air, Thai Lion Air, Malindo Air, Wings Air and Lion Bizjet.
