The worst airlines in the Europe typical Spanish maniana style.

The worst airlines in Europe, during the boarding siad that there is no more space for any other hand luggage,however I guess the flight attendants don’t know what is their job. If they will be pro active and said to the people to put SMALL items under the seat infront of them all the luggage will fit. All that situation made delays and want to admit that was late evening flight so then have to wait around half an hour to pick up my luggage. Miss the tube and been way to late then should be in the hotel. Just people needs to know what are their responsibilities at work!!! Airplane was old, stinky and dirty. Not recommended!

Worst Airline Ever - Complete Scam and Mess

Chicago - MalagaInternational

First problem was with payment not being processed properly and them locking me out of my own booking. They refused to accept responsibility despite my credit card company confirming it was their fault. Spent final days of my trip trying to reach customer service only to be intentionally hung up on as soon as I gave my booking code. Had to resolve in the airport which took way too long as the people there were clueless. Never got the perks that I paid for that caused all this mess in the first place. Will be looking into legal options shortly.

Lack of compassion

Madrid - VeniceEurope

I traveled with my family (3 years old child) and we paid extra for having seats reserved. However they changed the plane and our seats were not together. They didn’t allow us to wait together with my husband until all were boarded, what a lack of compassion, as they saw that my child was crying and was exhausted because at this age the child can’t understand such a nonsense (at the entrance I told the crew this will happen). Such a shame!

Miserable experience

Granada - MadridDomestic

Never again. Worse airline and experience ever. Take the train. At the last minute they canceled our flight to Madrid. Put us on a bus. Took six hours. Waited an hour in customer service line. They put us in the cheapest dingiest NH hotel. Horrible experience.
