This airline has always been on time and very professional. Great pilots! The views from the air are breathtaking.

We've traveled Cape Air many times mostly from Massena, NY to Boston via Albany, NY. This time we flew from Saranac Lake which is 1 1/2 to 2 hour straight flight. It's a nice small airline, fair prices, older fleet, and a plethora of pilots. The worse part of any flight is getting placed behind the pilot seats (second row)....

We flew in a 9 person prop plane from Ogdensburg to Albany and then the same plane to Boston. There were some severe turbulence but the pilot handled it well and all 4 landings were perfect.

Flew from Beef Island (Tortola) to Puerto Rico a few weeks ago. A bit unnerving when they ask you you're body weight at check-in, but I knew this would be small plane. Flight was on-time and no issues, very pleased with the convenience compared to taking a water taxi to a larger island, and great views.

We often fly from AUG to BOS, where we connect to JetBlue flights going elsewhere, and we generally like Cape Air's service very much. The cost is reasonable, it's a good alternative to driving, and the service is good. However, it's a Cessna 402 (nine-place prop plane), and it is quite noisy in the cabin. (Welcome to General Aviation, albeit...

Great people at Cape Air, very customer oriented. The Cessna 402C is a 9 passenger plane, saw the sunset on our flight to Boston, night landing at Logan was great. The pilots are fantastic

I discovered that I could fly on Cape Air from Billings to Havre - round trip - for less than it would have cost me to drive there. It was an easy, short flight, with beautiful scenery along the route. The plane only holds 8 passengers so they distribute weight pretty closely. You will have to tell them what you...

What a great flight! To be honest, I was a tad apprehensive when they asked me, "how much do you weigh?", I thought oh-oh, then when I saw how small it was, yikes. But, it was a great flight. You don't fly very high and can see everything, it was very smooth, pilot was so nice, so were the passengers....

Flew from Rutland, VT to Boston. Figured gas, tolls and parking for a week. Then went to Cape Air and found it would be better to drive 45 minuets from our home and take a 1 hour flight to Boston. From check in to the actual flight everything was excellent. Even was able to check our bags from Vermont to...
