We arrived into Boston Logan, checked our bags in got our boarding passes and were not advised of any issues or even to check in at the gate, we proceeded to the gate...we were early and there were no notices or announcements indicating any problems with our flight. They had one electronic board up and our flight number showed on...

This is a small twin engine, 8 seat plane. The staff is diligent about weighing you bags and knowing your weight so they can seat the lightest passengers in the back. The care and friendliness was great both in Boston and in Rockland.

They own these smaller routes, so if you want to fly, it's Cape Air. Planes are eight seaters, interiors a little worse for wear. If it didn't have wings you might mistake the cabin someone's twenty year old car. Friendly staff. Not for you if clostrophobic, overweight, or used to 747s.

All hesitation and concern about getting on a plane with a maximum occupancy of 9 was quickly put to rest. The customer service, from check-in to baggage claim, was impressive, the equipment, though smaller than most planes I fly on, was ship shape and clean. The pilots are great. My flights, over and back, were a delight, even through the clouds....

Try and sit in the co-pilot’s seat for an unbelievable view. Bring earplugs because the engine is very noisy in that seat, however, it’s worth it. Dogs of all sizes are welcome and do not need to be crated.

After having a not so good experience with an agent/ service at the terminal because of a cancellation of our flight returning from an overseas trip due to bad weather I complained to CapeAir and received a response immediately and the issue was addressed to their agents. I also received a sincere apology and complimentary tickets ... The customer service...

Airline staff from the counter to the pilot were courteous, jovial, and professional. The planes were clean and the pilot took the time to ensure everyone was familiar with safety equipment.
