Service from JFK Airport in New York to Seoul's Incheon Airport is made on the new A380-800, a fantastic airliner. Asiana provides very good service, staff well trained and polite, as in most of the asian airlines. One of the best features of this plane is the level of noise, extremely lower than in all other big aircrafts. The new...

Really nice experience, great food and service. I felt like I had a little more leg room on Asiana than on Cathay Pacific, which is my preferred airline to fly to Asia. Entertainment package and TV screen were great for economy class. An outlet to charge laptops on all seats was a surprising touch. Would definitely consider to fly with...

I fly Asiana Airline every time i visit Philippines, and I have always enjoyed my long layover in Seoul, because I have a choice to take a day city tour or to take a rest in the hotel for free provided by Asiana airline. The service is excellent

This is the most unprofessional and worst overall airline I have ever flown in over 30 years of being on this earth. My family and I have traveled the US and globe on multiple different carriers. Asiana takes the cake at being the worst for the following issue: They lost my luggage on my way to SE Asian country. The...

Asiana is my favorite airline. They have the best frequent flyer program. Being a Diamond Plus member, I use them often and get a lot of benefits for being a loyal customer (Priority boarding and luggage retrieval, lounge access, bonus miles, etc...) As usual, the service was great on this flight! I highly recommend Asiana Airlines.

I would defiantly fly with...
