Took my wife and 5 year old son on a long trip. The first time for my son on such a long flight. He behaved well and the flight attendants were super. The meals were god but must say the entertainment programs are weak.

I had never flown Asiana before but I was fortunate to find a deal out of Seattle to Manila via Seoul, Korea. From check in to boarding everything was on time and easy. Staff was super friendly and organized, seat and amenities were great too. Would definitely recommend and would fly again!

Check-in : At the Seoul Station ( AREX ) Separate counter for Business Class passengers , but wasn't functional as there wasn't much crowd early in the morning. Staff was courteous. Security / Immigration : Through the designated side entrance for AREX passengers. Immigration was already completed before , at the station , so the entire process took hardly 5...

Service - Awesome! Very attentive Seats - Comfortable, Angle flat Food- WOW! They feed you so much that by the time I landed, I couldn't eat another bite! The only complaint that I have is that Asiana seems to move your seats from what you originally purchased. I don't like that, and this is Business Class! I'm traveling with my...

Asiana at Incheon airport (Seoul) ONLY have self check-in service for economy. This system splits up group bookings - I flew with 3 other passengers & we were all assigned separate seats. We could not get seats together using the self check-in & had to ask the "baggage drop off" staff to reassign our seats. Several other groups of passengers...

Check-in : Very quick & smooth at the separate counter for Business Class passengers. Security / Immigration : Star Alliance Fast-track lane at security , but common queue for all passengers at immigration. Lounge : ANA Lounge Nice place. Plenty of seating , thus , does not feel crowded. Do try the Soba noodles at their dedicated counter & seating...

Even though the boarding queues were long, they moved quickly because of the multiple entryways to the aircraft. Attendants were extremely polite and unassuming. Choices for meals were traditional Korean and a more westernized option (like chicken with pasta.) Movies and games passed the time away on the 14 hour flight. Get a neck pillow and the long flight isn't...

Asiana Airlines staff are surly with a dour expressionless personality which is appropriately complemented by their their dark brown uniform and grey / brown decor of their all new A380. What you see is what you get. Food onboard was tasteless and served by cabin crew in a manner befitting their character, uniform and interior aircraft colour scheme. The inflight...

First time flying this airline, flight was from Los Angeles to Phuket, with a long layover in Seoul (incheon airport). From the beginning to the end, we were impress with the customer service, flight attendants very sweet and polite, inflight entertainment vast, we were in economy so I was ready to suffer a long flight with my legs trap, but...

In one trip on both the outbound and the return flight from Tokyo to Heathrow for Christmas, Asiana has proven themselves an anti-consumer company. My outbound flight was cancelled a week before travelling, with no option other than to cancel (a week before Christmas when I booked in August) or accept their 14 hour overnight layover, 10:30pm arrival with a...
