Excited to Try Several OZ Products on my RTW trip, Check in was smooth, security/immigration was a bit slow. Lot's of lounge choices so I tried Singapore Kris Lounge at HKG, a nice offering but nothing Mind Blowing. A bit of a hike to the gate. Once boarding began it went smoothly with Suite Customers taken first. Suits were lovely...

I found this First Class flight on a Combi B747 to be quite comfortable in terms of personal space but on a rather dated plane and seating design. The video screen was really quite small and non HD with very limited entertainment choices so for a 3+ hours flight, we more or less just rest up. The services and food...

Was flying with Asiana this november for the first time. There are several basic things which a good airline has to offer to an average client - modern fleet, hospitality, punctuality and appropriate base airport. Asiana has it all.

We flew with Asiana airline while I was tagging along with my husband business trip in June. The flight attendants were all very friendly and helpful and always smile. The seat was very comfy. The cabin where we sat were very quite (end of aircraft). Most amazing was the foods and foods. That was the first time I tried Korean...

If you are a nervous flyer and/or dread those long-haul flights, do yourself a favor and save all those coach miles racked up from credit cards or from economy purchased and upgrade to the front for once. Skip business class and take the stress out of flying by cocooning yourself into your private suite and let the world roll by...

The overall was fine but I died of boredom during the 6hrs flight.. The in-flight entertainment wasn't working for me, my seat partner and many others.. Kudos to the excellent service and seat comfortness to make up for the lousy entertainment.

Of course Business Class is going to be better than Economy and an Asian carrier is better than the Western competition but when you know your business classes and compare Asiana against Singapore Airlines, Japan Airlines or any of the Middle East carriers, the product is decades behind the competition. I flew Tokyo to Sydney via Seoul. I booked it...

Everything was perfect on the flight. The food was among the best I have had, with fish perfectly cooked. The attendants were pleasant, very concerned about my experience and cared, unlike on many other carriers. The seat made me feel like I was in my own compartment. The only problem was that I had difficulty getting the seat to go...

Very few western airlines have the grace of Asian airlines when it comes to service. Asiana is no exception. Every detail was paid attention to, so the whole experience is of comfort, relaxation and luxury.Obviously all flights are on time...
