ANA is extremely racist, irresponsible, and lazy. The airline refused to treat us like U.S. citizens and did not take responsibility for their delayed flight. They claimed that the staff at Saigon Airport canceled our flight and only refunded us 3 million VND. Then, they pushed the responsibility onto United Airlines, which is completely unacceptable.
On the flight, there were no Japanese citizens—only Vietnamese passengers and US. Their customer service was terrible, and they charged excessive taxes and tariffs. This is unacceptable. I will never fly with them again. Hopefully, United Airlines will find another business partner, such as EVA Air or Korean Air, as they provide much better service. ANA is a racist, irresponsible, and lazy airline.
I will soon be reaching out to the U.S. Department of Transportation and Secretary Duffy to bring this issue to their attention. I urge them to reconsider and review how terribly this airline has treated us.
