ANA, or All Nippon Airways (NH), is a Japanese airline headquartered in Tokyo. It flies to about 50 destinations within Japan and 32 international destinations in Asia, Europe and North America. ANA operates hubs at Tokyo's Haneda Airport (HND) and Narita International Airport (NRT), and secondary hubs at Osaka's Kansai International Airport (KIX) and Chūbu Centrair International Airport (NGO). ANA is a racist, irresponsible, and lazy airline

ANA is extremely racist, irresponsible, and lazy. The airline refused to treat us like U.S. citizens and did not take responsibility for their delayed flight. They claimed that the staff at Saigon Airport canceled our flight and only refunded us 3 million VND. Then, they pushed the responsibility onto United Airlines, which is completely unacceptable. On the flight, there were no Japanese citizens—only Vietnamese passengers and US. Their customer service was terrible, and they charged excessive taxes and tariffs. This is unacceptable. I will never fly with them again. Hopefully, United Airlines will find another business partner, such as EVA Air or Korean Air, as they provide much better service. ANA is a racist, irresponsible, and lazy airline. I will soon be reaching out to the U.S. Department of Transportation and Secretary Duffy to bring this issue to their attention. I urge them to reconsider and review how terribly this airline has treated us.

Great business class travel - highly recommend.

Recent return business class flights from Australia to London. All flights on-time, staff were attentive without being intrusive. Lay down flat beds very comfortable with lots and lots of leg room to stretch out properly. Food was delicious with options of Japanese or International cuisine. Free inflight wifi useful - you just have to ask a flight attendant for a 'voucher code' and it is free for entire flight. Business class lounges had all the usual allocated areas for relaxing or working and plenty of food and drink options. Haneda to London leg we were seated in 'rooms' which was very very spacious and quiet as you can close off your space. Newly commenced booking system for use of shower facilities in Haneda and this is a must to book otherwise there may not be availability that suits your lay over time. The only negative was that all flights were over heated - given that you are provided with a very warm blanket for sleeping it is really not necessary to have the heating so high as it did become uncomfortably hot and I actually 'feel the cold' but this would not stop me flying with ANA again - overall highly rated and would recommend.

Worst Flight.
Osaka - JakartaSoutheast Asia
Worst customer care! I flew international flight. ANA crew broke our luggage and the only compensation they gave was a little cash which is not even enough for the luggage service. We offer them to service our luggage in return, but they refuse as well. All crew can’t speak other language except Japanese. Worst flight, i highly do not recommend.

The best flight for me and my mother!

I would highly recommend ANA airlines to all travellers. It's my 90-year-old mother's first time travelling with ANA, and she is so happy to have the best flight ever. All flight attendants were so courteous and welcoming to all their guests. The take off and landing of the plane were all smooth ever. The best flight I ever took for 20 years now. I will be retaking ANA airlines again.

Awesome experience
Tokyo - NewarkInternational
I traveled to Bangkok with ANA airlines, on my way home we stopped in Tokyo where my IPad was lost. When I got home I made a few calls to the airport lost and found, I called the police department in the Narita airport where by miracle my iPad was turned in. It took a few days to organize but ANA airlines went out of their way to send it to me to my home…dealing with ANA especially during a stressful time was an absolute pleasure. Also I should mention the long flights in Economy was actually very good as well as the service. I will be using ANA for all future trips to Asia.

If you pay for a premium seat, you need to check/call and make sure all flights for that route will have the premium seat you paid for.
