Worse customer service ever. Terrible food and please help yourself during a 9 hour flight because we certainly will not. Entertainment negligible and software from 2003. I though Lufthansa was bad, this was worse. Do yourselves a favor and book another airline

This was our first flight with Alitalia and I was very pleased. I contacted them a few weeks before we left to ensure my wife and I were seated together and they happily obliged. The seats were relatively comfortable, the food was fine and the flight attendants we dealt with were very accomodating. The flight attendants weren't overly warm or...

Comfortable flight with blanket and neck cushion provided. In-flight entertainment passable, but not a super wide and updated selection. Dinner was nice, but breakfast was minimal amd left a lot to be desired.

I am a frequent flyer, so I already have low expectations of airline travel. But let me warn you that Alitalia will most likely be your worst experience in a long haul flight. Want to chose your seat? They'll let you think so, but I'm pretty sure the seating is a crap shoot until you take off. My husband and...

Flew Business Class with a stopover in Rome. Experience similar to other European Airlines: standard legroom and seats with the middle seat blocked. Everything went smoothly but ounges for regional flights, are outdated. Price was great so nothing to complain about.

Alitalia was the worst airline I have ever been through. I bought my flight well before the trip came and was garenteed a seat on my flight. Alitalia did not tell us we were put on a waiting list and said to get our seat at the next airport gate. We then missed our connecting flight and had to take...

The only good thing about this company is the fair price. Very old planes. Narrow seats. No leg room. No food is served. Small snacks only.

My first time flying with Alitalia was a really poor experience. The aircraft seemed to be super old, with some sort of metal boxes on the floor that reduce the already limited leg room. The seat headrests were very annoying with some sort of cushion that sent your head forward (this did not allow you to have proper rest or...

There is really nothing wrong with the flights YYZ/FCO/YYZ. The departures and arrivals were on time. The aircraft was clean. The crew did what they were supposed to do, but without much enthusiasm. All-in-all, the seating, etc. in the Premium Economy section was quite good. The food, however was not good. This was my first time on Alitalia and frankly...
