check-in agent (Magnifica Class counter) called pax from the economy line even me standing waintin directly in fron of her, asked her to check if my frequent flyer nbr was registered and the only answer i got was "...aha...." (checked at FCO and IT WAS NOT!), her only concern was the weight of my carry on (no checked luggage) which...

Clearly it s avery short leg (roughly 1.5 hs), on a single aisle aircraft (A319), and with a business cabin that is exactly the same as economy except for the blocked middel seat in each row; nevertheless (although i was the only pax in that cabin) the service was impeccable, food (lunch) excellent in taste and the crew professional and...

Alitalia use to be great but in the last 20-25 years they lost everything. Old planes, bad service not many routes. But the worst are the flight assistants. Unpolite in every possible manner. Icing on the cake? Terrible English and almost no other language spoken. Mha...

I just went through the boarding process for my flight to LHR where the agent seeing my EU passport questioned whether I have a visa for the UK. They had to look it up in their system and confirm it twice. The same happened with the secondary screening. The agents seem pretty ignorant. They just don’t know basic things.

Short flight with very little service, cabincrew not friendly. Boarding in Cagliari was ok, disembarking in Roma took ages with busses, luggage did not arrive and we had to wait almost 3 hours for the luggage to arrive on the next flight

First time flying with them to Rome, Italy. Seats were comfortable, food was average and drinks were given as needed. Flight was on time when we took off and arriving at our destination. Landing was a very pleasant one. Crew members at the counter and in flight were professional and serviceable. We were also given pillows and blankets. I would...

Bit of advice, plan on purchasing beverages and snacks prior to boarding. The quality of food service leaves much to be desired, along with the frequency of times it was offered. The seats entertainment system needed some modernizing. BUT at the end, it was a cheap fare and got what I paid for.

We booked a trip with Alitalia due to the lowest price. In total the trip consisted of 4 flights. Each was one time and the airplanes were clean and felt safe. From Rome to Santiago de Chile we had one of these very old 777-200 planes. The interior was very old and the seats extremely uncomfortable. Food and drinks were...

Damage luggage was not refunded after inmediate report. Customer agent claimed however that you need to report this in the airport itself as however I noticed the main damage at my stay. The website explains you need to report this within 7 days.
