Have been flying Ak Air many years%. Don’t like new “premium seats” and think that there is little incentive left for going mvp or even gold. Was gold all this year and rarely saw any benefit.

Going out we had to have a name adjusted and it took over 40 minutes. When they fixed the issued they canceled the wheelchair service for arrival and the flight coming back. They then assigned us to the last seats in the plane. For someone who has limited walking capabilities they did not seem to care where we were put...

Relaxing flight, service was great, made the entire trip enjoyable. Family emergency added to the stress, but Alaska took the stress out of the traveling part.

This airline is awful! They decided to cancel our direct flight weeks after it was booked and confirmed. They put us on a non-direct flight leaving in the morning instead of the afternoon. They are not willing do anything about it. They are not willing to release the tickets to any other airline since they don't have a working relationship...

Been working on the west coast so have been using Alaska airlines more than I want to as my company books them. Wrote a not so nice review on them going to and from Hawaii. Recently flew with them from Portland Oregon to Seattle. First check in was OK but not friendly. I'm used to not so friendly as I...

We specifically paid more to minimize stop overs having small children - with little notice our flight was moved to very early morning, which impeded a very long layover. During our layover our flight was delayed another two times for a total of 9 hours added on to our initial travel time. When we checked on our flight with customer...

Flight was ok, but a big head wind made it last over 7 hours. What made it worse was one of the restrooms was out of order. This was the first flight of the day for this plane and they should have made sure that the restroom was working. Normally this flight lasts around 5 and a half hours. The...

Nice flight, but really? You have to pay for an airline meal? Crazy!!! Is it my imagination, or does the legroom seem to be shrinking? The airlines these days are just nickle and diming us to death.

As the name implies, it's a major carrier in the state of Alaska, flying to about 20 large and small destinations throughout the state. The airline has four hubs: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Portland International Airport (PDX), Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). Most of its aircraft operate with two classes of service: First Class and Economy Class. Passengers flying in First Class have access to the airline's lounge, known as the Board Room, which has locations at about 20 airports.
