What a treat. Best airline I have ever flown with. We booked the Skycouch option and it made all the difference for the long leg between Vancouver and Auckland. I am 6'4" and my partner 6'8" and we both had a very comfortable flight. Impeccable service was just the cherry on top.

You get what you pay for, and when you fly economy then that is what you get. I think the online ordering at your seat is great, but come on Air New Zealand how do you justify those prices! In inflight entertainment, was very patchy and kept cutting out, and wouldn't load., I'm glad i wasn't flying too far.

We breezed through this flight. Very efficient loading of the plane, since they load from the front and back. They only allowed one bag carry on, so loading was even easier. Service was good on the ground as well as the air.

I had heard a lot of horror stories about Air New Zealand for my specific flight leg from RAR to LAX regarding old planes, small seats, poor food, not being able to select a seat number, etc. I can now see how all of these things could be true if you are not aware of them and do not prepare...

Enjoyed the flight, great crew, food etc ... but I do not like the seating arrangement i.e. hearing bone pattern, the window seats facing inward, turning your back to the window. It feels somewhat crowded. The seats are also very narrow compared to other airlines. Air New Zealand is obviously wanting to maximise profits which one cannot blame them for...

I have flown on many different airlines in the past with good experiences but more recently it has been with AirNZ. Clearly if you are going Premium or Business you will have a better experience but for most of us it is Economy. I find AirNZ quite good for the service and options available, even the most basic. Meals and...

It is difficult to call customer service, long wait times, etc, Sometimes they take long to respond to email, I know they serve lot of cheese on the flights, All employees have a format firstname.lastname@airnz.co.nz,

I booked a last minute flight to attend my uncle's funeral and paid full price for an economy ticket. The flight was delayed 45 minutes. I am 6'1" and asked if I could get an exit row and was told they would let me know. There were 4 staff at the gate and not very friendly or courteous and seemed...

This was our first time flying with Air New Zealand and by far, it was the best experience we have ever had flying. Very comfortable and plenty of room in premium economy, the food was excellent and the service was absolutely exceptional. The flight attendants were genuinely the most friendly and helpful I have ever experienced and they looked after...

Hi guys ! It is me again wishing to comment on my flight back from Sydney to Papeete via Auckland even though this new commentary will resemble the previous one...Lack of punctuality remains the main drawback of this company. The plane was almost one hour late flying out of Sydney ( disorganized boarding process despite 5 ground staff being present...
