Have flown ANZ three times all round trips. Always has been good. Food was actually good! Nice attendents. Reliable schedules. Good aircraft. 13 hr flights are never fun but this airline does a great job.

We made a bid to upgrade to Premium Economy which was accepted. This was our first overseas flight with Air New Zealand & also in Premium Economy. It was a great experience from check in to landing. The seats on board were very comfortable and had plenty of leg room. Great choice of inflight entertainment & a good menu too....

I’ve flown with many many airlines in my life and simply put, Air New Zealand is THE BEST!!!!! I had the privilege of taking the inaugural nonstop flight from Chicago to Auckland and there were a lot of little perks to be had, including a sleeping mask with the beak of a Kiwi bird. Really cute. Funny thing is, I...

It is very easy to write a negative review, we often cannot wait to scream about poor service, like when I wrote my review on the utterly terrible, Wow Air. But, we rarely are as keen to share good news, so I thought I should ensure I follow my own rules and SCREAM ABOUT THE AWESOME AIR NEW ZEALAND. I...

We always make sure to book the national flag carrier of each country that we intend to visit and the symbol that it carries that defines the nation's culture and history.

Such difference from our previous flight in July 2016. The seats were the most uncomfortable ever! We paid extra for seats in the middle of the plane and it was a torture to sit there. There was no leg room and the seats were hard and the head rest was terrible. Just very low quality seating. We flew JetStar from Honolulu...

Our flight from Auckland to Honolulu was delayed about one hour which was disappointing. The flight was bumpy and food and service pretty basic excepting we were in economy. Nothing spectacular. Our flight home from Honolulu was delayed and ultimately resulted in us missing our connecting flight home to Wellington which was disappointing. Overall average for such a well recognised...

Fantastic airline with great crew service. Flight was the smoothest I've ever experienced. I didn't feel any anxiety traveling on this airline. I highly recommend them!

I was very impressed the way the flight crew handled a very difficult flight. I think it was one of the most turbulent flights I have had and pretty scary flying through cloud into Queenstown. Passengers gave a big round of applause on landing smoothly and safely.
