We were CHEATED and treated with complete disrespect by @airindia! Our flight was scheduled for 1:30 PM, and we arrived at the airport at 12:30 PM sharp—just 2 minutes late. Despite having valid tickets and mobile boarding passes, we were told we couldn't board, with the false excuse that mobile boarding passes aren’t allowed.
The most appalling part? The airline gave away OUR SEATS to others—WITHOUT informing us—while we were already at the airport with confirmed tickets and valid boarding passes. **Before we even reached the gate, they allowed someone else to board on our tickets!** How is this fair?
We were misled, treated rudely, and manipulated by the staff, including BALBHIM (in charge), and DM's DEVIS and SOHAM, who acted unprofessionally and did not offer any solution, despite multiple requests. It’s clear they overbooked the flight and prioritized double payments over passengers who had tickets in hand.
This is NOTHING BUT CHEATING, and we demand justice for the poor treatment we received.
