The carrier flies non-stop to about 45 destinations, including points within Spain as well as international destinations across Europe, Africa, Asia, North America and South America. Its primary hub is Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD), with Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN) and Tenerife South Airport (TFS) serving as focus cities. When it was founded, charter flights and tour services were the bulk of Air Europa's business. In recent years, it has increasingly shifted its focus to scheduled flights.

If you ever want to save money and engage in a quick diet - this is the airline to fly: no food, no drinks - unless you pay. Seat pitch is as far as your nose, so watch it when the person in front of you reclynes. Air condition has to be invented, the service team of 8 (!) comes around for take off and landing, if you need them and push the servioce button - good luck! Noone comes. My first and last time.

We were very disappointed with this airline

We were very disappointed with this airline. The service on the long-haul flight was poor, and the meal trays were very small. Regarding the in-flight movie selection, the options were very limited, especially if you do not speak English. Additionally, our suitcases arrived at the hotel two days late. Air Europa refused to compensate us. I strongly advise against traveling with this airline unless you have no other choice.

Horrid!!!

Worse flight ever!! Freezing cold for 9 hours, cabin crew not interested, cannot get even cup of tea! Complained to Air Europa directly - shameful response received!!! Never using them again!!!

Very mean airline ....

Aircraft new & fine. However, service & food was seriously lacking. We & others were overlooked dishing out the meals. When it did turn up, it was very disappointing. Luke warm & lacking flavour. Alongside whatever you choose, which was served up in a tiny cardboard box, there was only a nasty roll & butter & a piece of cake. There was a drinks trolley. Bearing in mind this was a 10 hour flight from Madrid to Havana, the only other refreshments we were offered was a cup of tea or coffee. No biscuits, no sandwich, zilch. I've done a lot of travelling & I've never ever been on such a mean & frugal airline. This was not a budget trip!!! I know everyone is feeling the pinch but ......
