Amazing service regarding a flight I canceled. They helped me rebook a flight over the phone with my outstanding balance and was very helpful. I was wary about their customer service at first due to reading many complaints, but I called twice and both times received great service!

This was direct flight , the cost of the ticket was over $1500, the food was terrible bad and the entertainment very old movies , shows . We would better with any other airline , the one goof thing was that we fight direct . It is a shame for Air Canada to provide poor food and confort for very...

The lack of seat space is inhumane. Most of the games didn't work on my entertainment screen. Bought Air Canada headphones that were a waste of money since the quality was so poor. Had drinks spilt on me by flight attendant during the flight with little apology.

The service was brisk and various food carts pushed through roughly and impatiently in the aisles. An overworked, underslept staff? The food was the WORST ever had on an airline carrier. Air Canada is not earning points at this time and fares poorly compared to Lufthansa and other European carriers. No longer a favourite. Its redeeming quality? The flight was...

The Air Canada staff in Orlando were not just great, they were awesome. The woman on the ticket booth made my grand-daughter who is 4 feel so special when checking in. We then saw her again when we were boarding the flight, once again she went above and beyond to make Emily feel like the most important person on the...

If you are a long haul passenger to Europe, fly another airline. They have begun using Boeing 777's with a 3-4-3 configuration in coach and the object of the airline appears to be to torture their customers, maximize their profits and in general, abuse people. I think that if there was an emergency on this aircraft, people would die. Air...

Flew Air Canada for all legs of my North American trip in August: Brisbane - Vancouver, Vancouver - Portland, Portland - Calgary, Calgary - Vancouver and Vancouver - Brisbane (yes, that's a lot of money on flights!!). They were all fine; the flights were all uneventful, and the service ranged from professional to excellent. The flight attendants were all at...

I can say only that learning to travel overseas is a lesson in itself. What you can take on the plane, what you cannot. Getting through boarding, security, etc and of course the trip home. Despite the limited space in economy the first leg of our trip was pleasant. The food was pretty good for airline food, which was good...
