Flew Business Class from Baltimore to Seoul that included a stop over in Toronto. This had to be the best airline experience I have every had. Great service, amazing meals and meal service to include Lobster Salad and the lay flat seats made the long flight much easier to endure.

After having a disaster with a Delta itinerary, we were rebooked on Air Canada to Vancouver. Overall the service was friendly, well organized, and efficient. Like many US airlines boarding was by zone and there was not sufficient room for all roll on bags. It was a completely full 5 hour flight. Surprisingly for a flight of this distance, there...

I flew from Montreal to Phuket. I had 2 transfers and everything went smoothly. I recommend getting extra leg room for long flights or fly business class. The service was great and I have nothing bad to say. Because I had a transfer in Toronto and Seoul going there and 2 returning, I only took carryon. Make sure your layovers...

Myself and two friends connected in Calgary on a long flight from San Francisco to Copenhagen. The best of the three flights was definitely the long haul with Air Canada. The onboard food was great (two meals served; dinner and breakfast) and the cabin crew was extremely friendly. Also, the plane wasn't full, so it was no problem for the...

Air Canada has improved so much in recent years that I wonder if there’s any room left to better serve their customers. The 787 we travelled on was extremely comfortable as was our business class seats. The food was delicious and the service delivered with a smile. What more the flight left on time and arrived ten minutes early What...

I have traveled to over 80 counties in the world and almost taken every airline, budget airlines included. Air Canada is hands-down the worst. I had flown ten legs overall with Air Canada, never a single time did I get the seat I originally reserved. More often than not they tried to separate me and my friend despite our early...
