In the air, this airline is OK but one's journey, door to door includes what happens at airports. We queued to check in for aprrox 2 hours to be told the flight had been cancelled. What followed was another several hours of queues to obtain a replacement booking the next day, at a different airport across town. The next day...

Nice pilot concerning the take off and landing, but very poor service for almost two hours of flight (only a drink... like water coffee and coke...). Also as I was freezing because of a rain during my visit to the falls where all my clothes were wet... so I asked for a blanket or sth else to warm and they...

I took a total of 4 return flights with this airline: Buenos Aires (AEP)-Trelew (REL); Buenos Aires (AEP)-El Calafate (FTE); Buenos Aires (AEP)-Salta (SLA) and; Buenos Aires (AEP)-Iguazu (IGR). My overall impression of Aerolineas Argentinas is that it is a full service airline that behaved like a budget airline. Is it because they were the dominant, almost monopolistic airline company...

This is one of the worst business class experiences I've had. To begin with, there is no way to reserve your seat before you check in 24 hours before. The web site is terrible and needs to be brought into the 21st century. Food was absolutely horrible!!! Worst - for an 11 hours all night flight - the seats do...

The flights to Sao Paulo were very crowded. The only way to reach Sao Paulo was through Buenos Aires...strange, odd...but it was the only way. Well, although it was long, it worked fine.

After many flights inside Argentina and Chile during our trip we flew with them to Buenos Aires. After that we have an international flight to New York. The woman at check-in told us we are limited to 15Kg a person of luggage- totally unreasonable to people who come to visit Argentina for one month. Her attitude continued to be very...

Sometimes I just have to use AA to get around, but they are always my last choice regardless of cost. And they tend to be relatively expensive. Old and under maintained equipment. Poor customer service. Bad baggage handling. Terribly integration with other carriers. The list goes on.

The service was OK for a short flight (4 hours), although I would not recommend it for a longer flight, as the seats were very close to each other, and there was not too much room to stretch yourself (and this is to be considered, if you are above 6 feet). The food was kind of cold, but edible. A...
