I have been traveling on Caribbean Airline since 2011 and I can tell you, the flight is comfortable but the cost for children after 2 years old is unbelievable. So many people wish to travel to be with families but its too costly for the children. Please see what can be done.

I recently booked a flight for 2 people for to go to Jamaica for a family party in December 2018 through Expedia and it said the transaction did not go through. After checking my bank account I realized that even though Expedia had not charged me any money there was a transaction for Caribbean Airlines on my account. I called...

As a Caribbean miles member for 10 + years, Caribbean is my first and only choice whenI travel to the Caribbean. The service on the flight is always good and the snacks and meals are good as far as airline food. Do they always get it right? No airline does. I have traveled with other airlines to the Caribbean and...

CA is one of a very few options to fly non-stop between Kingston and New York. We earn miles from different programmes and used some for this trip. The 15 day notice for processing with penalty is way too long. Ten dYs would be more reasonable considering processong time for visas and that there is also a fee should you...

I recently flew out of jfk to Montego Bay using Caribbean airlines and from start to finish my trip was a disaster. After being delayed for 9 hours I finally boarded the plane and noticed they didn’t have enough blankets for everyone so they picked and choose who got a blanket and who didn’t. They also didn’t have enough drinks...

Me and my friends booked a trip to Jamaica using Caribbean airlines for a 7:15am flight. At 8:15am an hour after we were suppose to be in the air they informed us there was a 9 hour delay due to maintenance. Another employee working right next to the gate told us that this happens often with Caribbean and it’s usually...

After many years it was very good, like long time, friendly and courteous staff and attendants, helpful, at least a proper sandwich and a drink for a meal.

I will only fly Caribbean Airlines as a last resort. Normally, I would try to refrain from posting negative reviews on TripAdvisor, but Caribbean Air proves to me every single time why I would choose any other airline than them. I believe I have flown Caribbean Airlines about 8 times (and trust me, each time after the first time was...
