Friendly staff, smooth ride, lots of leg room. However, since I was sitting in the back of business class they didn’t have any good options for meals or any other food by the time they got to me. I got to watch people eat around me, which was fun 🙄. They don’t have an app for check in, plus their...

The flight attendants were attentive, the food was good and the seats were really comfortable. I'm not used to enjoying the food or the leg room in Economy. I will definitely plan my travel so that I can do Business Class again.

CAL is cutting costs and increasing their revenue. I booked my August flight since January and got thrown to the back of the plane because they changed the category of my seats to charge more for them. Luckily they kept my family and I together. The meal is now a sandwich. You get no more free blankets but they can...

We booked this some time ago and to be honest I had my reservations, however, they came through. Only issue is the problem of my checked in bags which they had an issue connecting to my booking. Apparently, when checking in online you don't answer when the system asks how many bags are you checkin in. In flight service as...

Caribbean Airlines has been trying very hard to keep its head above the red and have introduced several revenue generating initiatives to assist. However, great care must be employed to ensure that the Airline does not morph into its competitors. Benefits must improve to keep the edge.

We booked a trip to Jamaica for August and we were chocked by how expensive the seats were on our beloved JetBlue, so we looked for alternatives. Caribbean Airlines were a good price and I couldn't find anything terrible written about them, so we took a chance. Our experience was fine. The plane was a little older than the JetBlue...

If I can give Caribbean Airlines 0 stars I would!!! This is beyond the worst airlines ever!!! They're such a rip off, they make money off of every little thing, they charge you fee's without telling you about them and no one is ever able to give you an accurate answer!!! I had to rebook a flight a day after...
